Roy Barnhart

Roy Barnhart's family has been in the Tampa real estate business since 1979. As a child Roy assisted his mother's real estate marketing efforts by prepping marketing materials for distribution after school. At the request of his mom, Roy became a licensed Realtor in 1997. Since becoming licensed Roy has consistently been in the top 1% off all listing agents in the Tampa Bay area. He has listed and sold over 1,100 homes in his career. In 2017, Roy became a licensed real estate broker and formed BAM Realty Advisors. BAM Realty Advisors handles residential real estate sales & marketing, commercial sales & marketing, BPO home valuation products, short sales, and REO sales. Roy Barnhart & BAM Realty Advisors have built strategic relationships with many financial institutions for the valuation and disposition of Real Estate Owned property. The BAM Team has the knowledge, support, and resources to manage over 200 properties. Roy currently is a master broker of Florida for the National REO Brokers Association. Roy represents the NRBA at multiple national real estate conferences through out the country so he can stay on top of marketing trends and strategies for his clients.
