I will shout it from the rooftops - Roxy is hands down the best realtor you will ever work with. We worked with her on purchasing our dream home earlier this year, and Roxy was incredible every step of the way. The level of service she delivers is nothing short of exceptional - she treats you like you are her only client and will happily address any and all questions about a property quickly and with a smile. She spends a good chunk of time with you up front getting to understand what youre seeking in a home so she can tailor her approach. Roxy has a wonderful stable of contacts, including lenders, who can close financing quickly to give you a competitive edge as a buyer. Her patience is admirable - we proved to be pretty particular as buyers, and she gladly visited some properties with us multiple times to help us determine what was really right for us. Other agents love Roxy, which is so key when offers are being considered - their faces light up when you tell them shes your agent, and they jump at the chance to work with her. Roxy is also incredibly resourceful and connected - she found several properties for us to consider before they even hit the open market, including one that was in the early stages of construction long before the seller even considered listing it.
