Our loan officer had to push our close date back three times and Roxie communicated with the sellers on multiple occasions to make certain that they were still on board to sell to us and made sure they had no intentions of backing out. She was available through texting, calling, and email at all times and we never felt like we were going through this alone. Her whole team was very responsive and professional throughout the process. She was very patient with me and being 4 hours away very accommodating on working with my time schedule and showing me all the houses I wanted to see. We closed on time even though there were a few bumps along the way. She fought for me to make sure everything in my home was taken care of by the closing and that my closing was ready before we drove all the way for the closing. I couldnt be more pleased.

" Her knowledge of how real estate moves gives you the seller / buyer the best options for what you want to do. A little over a year ago Roxie and her team helped me purchase a home . I was very pleased with my new home and really enjoyed being there ,but after one year I realized it's too small . I contacted her and told her I wanted to sell and purchase something bigger. Now I'm going to make a long story short because I can't type all day . She came over ,advised me on staging my home to sale ,we went on the market March 14 ,2019 had 6 showings that day .March 15 we had 3 offers for purchase and 4 more showing. March 16 we got a contract to sell, and yes it happened just like that and I close in April. Stay with me because here is when you know you got the right one. With Roxie I was able to buy and sell the same house all within a year and purchase the house I'm in now which is my retirement home.
