Roxanne Qualls

I'm Roxanne Qualls, an Executive Sales Vice President with Sibcy Cline Realtors, working from our Hyde Park office. Since 2010 I have closed more than 250 transactions and over $100 million in sales volume across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

Much of my work is with people making a considered move: owners trading a large house for a condominium or a low-maintenance home, move-up buyers, families relocating to Cincinnati, and buyers and sellers of luxury property. I hold the GRI, GREEN, LRS, SRS and CLHMS designations.

Before real estate I served on Cincinnati City Council and as Mayor of Cincinnati. That work left me with a practical understanding of how neighborhoods change - zoning, tax abatements, transit, development - and how those changes reach property values in communities like Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout, Madeira, Over-the-Rhine, Montgomery, and Northern Kentucky.
