ZillowVERIFIEDWe are so lucky to have Roxanne as our agent when selling our 1st home. She not only provides up with all the strategic insight such as how to value & determine the "right" listing price, how to make home more exciting to buyers, but also a great listener who understands what is more important to us. Roxanne makes you feel she is a real partner in your home selling process rather than just a seller's agent. We have built a good trust with Roxanne which makes the entire process very stress-free and we were able to sell our 1st home within 5 days, and close in a month. I want to thank Roxanne and her entire team again for the excellent service. I will recommend Roxanne to anyone who is in the area trying to sell/buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Roxanne and her team were pleasant to work with and patient with us as we read every document before signing. They were so responsive and attended to every detail...and there were so many we didnt even realize needed attending to! We were happy to have our property sold quickly and that it all transpired smoothly and without frustration or much stress. We appreciated the level of service and how much care went into the selling of our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Roxanne and her team are the best. Kept me well informed, comfortable and confident through the entire process. Always available to answer questions. Roxanne is a great listener and never rushes communication, she stays engaged. I know Roxanne and her team take care of many clients, but I always felt like I was #1. Very sincere, caring and genuinely concerned about maintaining a great experience. Will be a joy to work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED I took a risk using this company since I knew nearly nothing about them, but I couldnt have been happier. They were just the right amount of push without being pushy, and when problems arose, they responded immediately and took care of every one of them right away. I dont know how they could have done better; they were perfect.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Roxanne for the purchase of our second home -- a back country getaway in Santa Ysabel on a few acres. From the start of the process, Roxanne and her team at Pemberley Realty were a pleasure to work with. They were attentive, enthusiastic and thoughtful, and worked well with the sellers agent. Our escrow went smoothly and effortlessly with Roxannes expert facilitation, especially when she sent someone from her team to my place of work to notarize my signature to give my husband power of attorney when I headed off on a long-planned vacation. All in all, Roxanne and Pemberley Realty were always ready to go the extra mile -- we highly recommend her!!
