We worked with her for over a year to find the home that was perfect for our family, and we went through various phases of potentially finding a knock-down to looking at new builds, to ultimately finding our house where we weren't expecting to find one! She was always available for a showing or suggest an open house. Roxanne took the time to talk about the pros and cons of each of the (number that shall not be mentioned - lol) houses we saw within about 14 months, and she was even accommodating to our young children when they would have to join us. It was like a match made in heaven, we instantly clicked and she just got us and our needs right away. We were outbid on the first home we offered on but we had a great strategy that we came up with together. We lost to an all cash offer which couldn't be beat so no fault on our end. We had viewed a few more homes and then one day our home popped up and we saw it and a few others that day. After stepping foot into the home we purchased we told Roxanne we want to put an offer in right then and there. She called up the listing agent and put our offer in verbally and they accepted right away, which if you know this 2024 market, is unheard of. ZillowVERIFIED I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. From the first day I met Roxanne the amount of effort and time she put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From there on out, Roxanne was always available to provide me with the information that I needed .Every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn?t know all of the right questions I should be asking (or do?s and don?ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being ?emotionally? invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider. . It?s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but Roxanne was really focused on making sure I was satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, for a first-time home buyer, this process is very stressful. But as you can see, based on the above, Roxanne went above and beyond and truly made me feel like I had a confidant/partner throughout. She knows her market extremely well, as evidence by the various strategies she employed to sell our house. (and the fact that she nailed the sale price after offers that were all over the place). Additionally, she is very easy to work with, and she does what she has to do make the sale happen. Our situation was difficult, compounded by the fact that our house was empty, and we had already relocated across the country (we could not handle a lot of issues ourselves).
