ZillowVERIFIED Roxann knows how to market and sell homes. She doesn't do this part time, and she means business. I needed my home (an anchor really) listed and sold quickly and for market price since I had taken a job with the DoD out of state and had to report immediately. I handed her the keys and the garage remotes and began my drive across country. Roxann not only had my home staged and uploaded beautiful pictures on the internet to the usual sites like Trulia, but she brought me multiple offers after the third day on the market. I ended up with two full price offers, one primary and one as a backup just in case it was needed. It just got easier. Roxann kept in touch with me by email, phone, and text both during and after business hours. She and her team took care of everything, including the title company. Showing appointments were schedule online and I received emails and text messages each and every time someone was viewing or inspecting my home. All documents on my end were reviewed and signed electronically so I didn't have to worry about how and where to received and/or send overnight mail to ensure documents were ready at closing. I rarely write reviews (seriously), but Roxann and her team earned my highest recommendation. I interviewed a few other agent/brokers before I teamed up with Roxann, a couple of which were hobbyists or part time agents, and I assure you I should have just met with her first to save myself a lot of time. If you are selling a home, or buying for that matter, do NOT bother calling anyone other than Roxann. You will not regret it.

Being overseas there was a 14 hour time difference and she worked with my schedule to get things done. I actually put in an offer on the house without seeing it in person because of the trust and honesty that I got from Roxann over the phone. When I finally met Roxann, she felt like part of my family and not just my realtor. I will definitely use her services again. Roxann and her team are truly the best!
