She was very knowledgeable on both the bay area and central valley home values. She showed great patience with us and let us know the pros and cons of buying an older condo in the bay area compared to buying a brand new home in the central valley. Once we finally decided to purchase a new home in Ceres Ca. she was a great help in helping us with our offer and explaining the advantages of buying a new home with a VA loan compared to buying a home that was 15 to 20 years old. ZillowVERIFIED I have nothing but positive things to share about Roxana! She was our rock and support system as we searched for our first home in this very competitive market. Being a first-time home buyer, she guided us in detail throughout this journey and was available to answer any questions we had with diligence and patience. They say that the first impression is the last impression, and I was definitely amazed when I met Roxana for the first time on a house tour. She had done her homework on the house and pinpointed minute details in the house as we toured. For the next couple of months, as we toured more houses, I never saw the benchmark set by her ever drop. House-buying is an intense process and you need someone strong and whom you trust. Roxana helped us make "smart decisions" but more importantly, she helped us understand what not to do. And that is invaluable! If I had to stick with the formal ratings on "Local Knowledge", "Process Expertise", "Responsiveness", and "Negotiation Skills", 5 out of 5 is an understatement. I rate Roxana 10 out of 5! To sum it up, we started this process with a realtor and ended up with a home and a dear friend! :) Now that is what I call a great deal.

We visited umpteen homes (especially just at the onset of the COVAID) and she was very patient and most importantly not pushy at all. Her professionalism has been noticeable at each visit where she made sure we got all right information and resources. Her punctuality, clear and crisp communication was another appreciable point. We feel she is in a right field where she has a natural talent to understand your needs and action it. We also appreciate her negotiation skills which I'm sure as a buyer is a MUST HAVE. However for us it was very delightful courtesy Roxana. From day 1, She was very approachable, patient, transparent, diligent and honest about the entire buying process with us. There were often times when we liked a house, made a good offer but it didn't get through or was outbid. At that point she became a guidance force instilling this sense of confidence that as a buyer you will definitely get the right house, just keep on trying.
