ZillowVERIFIEDRoxana exceeded every expectation. Her local market knowledge helped us to price the unit correctly in a challenging market. We sold at full price in about two weeks. The real benefit was her assistance in an incredibly difficult situation. The unit, which was vacant, was flooded by a failure of the icemaker line about 10 days before closing. I am not based locally. But using her local expertise and resources, we were able to get the unit dried out, floors fully replaced, and repainted, to the point where it was in better condition than before the flood without delaying the close. (repair costs were covered by insurance) The buyer was aware of the situation and was very happy with how it was handled. And of course, as sellers we could not have been more grateful. Any realtor can sell a house in a good market. But when you face a difficult market and a flood, that's when you see the difference between an average agent and a great agent.
