In 1993, Ross and his wife Jill established Special Selections Children's Clothing, an upscale, specialty children's clothing catalog. As internet sales became more important, they focused more of our business on their web site. They owned and operated their business for 12+ years publishing 20 catalogs during that time. In 2003, Ross started investing in real estate for himself. During this time, he developed a passion for real estate and chose to make it his career. As an investor, Ross has purchased and rehabbed over 50 homes and then either resold them or kept them as rental homes / investments. In 2005, Ross received his Tennessee real estate license, in 2008 he received his Tennessee real estate broker's license, and in 2013, he received his Florida broker's license. During his time in Tennessee, Ross was a partner / owner of SilverPointe Properties in Brentwood TN. Personal Ross was raised in Brentwood TN, a suburb of Nashville. Ross is married to Jill (also a Realtor) and they have 4 children (3 boys and a girl). When the boys were growing up, Ross was very active in youth baseball as both a coach and volunteer in the Brentwood Civitan Baseball program. Interests include golfing, fishing, boating, cruising, and travel.

Your review questions do not respondJim is all the questions you asked and more he is 5 stars all the way.I have worked with Jim since 2016, met with him several times over the years never doing a purchase, and he always helped and pleased to met or call me. I have very much appreciated his abilities, his honest answers (no Bull).I finically decided to purchase this year something I liked. He was an outstanding asset, I did not go to site from Cincinnati to look at this condo nor to the closing he went for me. He looked and did face time with me the second walk thru to make sure the condo was a good prosperity and purchase. He did a lot of extra that was not necessarily his responsibility to do. The selling agent was difficult to deal with and left a lot of information out, that he overcame. Also there was a lot of issues with Home owners association that he helped overcome. I would highly recommend Jim Nott to any one trying to sell or purchase. He is very knowledgeable of area and very professional. He ahs since provided service to me for checking the place as I am out of town and setting up an A/C service company to check my unit, meeting them on site to let them in unit to service.
