Ross went out of his way to make our house-hunting experience a success. We are moving to Central OR from the central US, and had very little knowledge of the local housing market. We made numerous visits to search for a home, and each time, Ross made sure he was available, and had all of our appointments set up and ready to go. He was quick to provide answers to any of our questions, and had no trouble tracking down the answers for those he did not immediately know. He always kept us advised of any changes on homes we were considering, and constantly sent us updates when new listings came on the market. When we did not find a home in the area we thought we wanted to be in, Ross searched in nearby communities for properties that met our needs and ultimately found the perfect home for us. And even after our offer was accepted, Ross continued to help out with many of the home-buying logistics, including providing phone numbers for local resources and utilities, and making recommendations for some of the work we needed to have done.
