ZillowVERIFIEDRose did an amazing job helping us find our home in South Salem, NY (Westchester). It was a very competitive market and we looked at a lot of places, and Rose was extremely helpful the entire time and eventually helped us find a place that works for us. She was also fantastic throughout the closing period, helping us navigate any unexpected snags along the way. I can't recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Rose is one of a kind Gem. A real Diamond. I couldnt have gotten thru this closing if not for her. Her dedication to me was way above expected. Took care of so many things that I would have had to travel hours to take care of. ZillowVERIFIED Rosetta is First Class Professional. She was knowledgeable of the area and home we were interested in. She was able to answer our questions and anything she was unsure of she provided prompt responses for. Rosetta evaluates the entire situation to match the best tenant with the best home. Rosetta weighed the people, market, money, and desired arrangement to deliver the best match between tenant and landlord. We were very impressed with her thoroughness and responsiveness. We would love to work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Rose "rose" to the occasion in a challenging Covid 19 market. She is market savvy and easy to work with. Rose has a sensitivity to presentation and will make the appropriate suggestion. Rose will go out of her way for you. Bottom line, your home will sell at the price that it should if you are honest with yourself.

ZillowVERIFIED From the initial contact to the final closure Rose was truly amazing. She went above and beyond what was required. She Had immense patience with me (I am very demanding) Rose gave excellent recommendations on presenting the property and how to get the best price when listed. The knowledge she has of the local and national market was superb. I highly recommend Rose to anyone that is thinking of selling.

ZillowVERIFIED The home which was listed with Rose was a long-time family home that, unfortunately, had been a bit neglected due to the fact that it was left unoccupied by the owner for several years (though vacant, it was nominally maintained by a local caretaker). As a result, it took quite some months to find the right buyer, willing to take on a home that needed updating. Throughout the process Rose was attentive, supportive, patient with all concerned, and, at the end of the negotiating process, extremely helpful and wise as to strategy. I have no qualms whatsoever in highly recommending her; I'm confident that you won't be disappointed!
