ZillowVERIFIED Before listing my house I had consulted with three other agents and Rosemary, in my opinion, was by far the best agent among them. I arrived at this conclusion after only a short conversation with her. It is of course a very subjective opinion, but I cannot imagine a better agent I could have had. In my view there was no contest, so I picked Rosemary to sell my house. Your home may sell regardless of the listing agent, but Rosemary was invaluable to me when it came to appraising my home and guiding me throughout the process. She advised me to wait after we received the first offer even though it was above the asking price and explained to me in detail why we should wait outlining all the possible problems that could emerge with that offer. She was in constant contact with me, called me several times a day giving me a heads up on everything. I knew she had many other listings, but she made me feel and did everything, as if my house was the topmost priority. I'm convinced it would be very hard to find anybody that knows real estate or the business side of it better than Rosemary. She has a ton of experience; she is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of selling, buying or renting a home as she has done it all. She was the best advocate I could have had and if you pick her to sell your house, you will most likely gain a friend along the way, just as I did. You do not have to listen to me; check for yourself by calling and talking to her, you will not regret it! I certainly do not, how could I? She sold my house in 2 days for a price quite a bit higher than the asking price, you cannot beat that!

She treated me like I was the only client she had (even though there are more) - and I was relocated out of town, and she handled repairs to my house, negotiating prices with vendors on my behalf, even - to my surprise - when I called my sprinkler system company to winterize the system - found out that Dinorah already handled it and arranged a time and date to meet them at the house. She really earned the listing and was tenacious in following up on every interested party that walked though our door - via showings or weekly open houses. Dinorah is a value add for Rosemary's team and the only one I would every do business with in Naperville.
