ZillowVERIFIEDRose is AMAZING! We are moving to NC from out of state and Rose helped us buy our new home from afar. We are so lucky to have had her on our side- she explained everything there is to know about the area and the entire process, oversaw everything for us since we could not be there and made us feel extremely confident and comfortable with everything. She got us the best deal and did everything with a smile. We highly recommend working with Rose.
ZillowVERIFIEDRosemary was the best part of our home purchasing experience. We knew from the moment we met her that we would be in good hands. She was extremely knowledgeable and was always available whenever we needed her. I am honestly sad that our time with her is over but cant wait until we buy again! Cant recommend her enough. Everyone should use her!!
ZillowVERIFIEDRosemary was wonderful to work with! She knew the process inside and out, was quick to respond to my messages, and was personally knowledgeable about major red flags to look for when looking at homes. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
ZillowVERIFIEDRosemary was fantastic and we would highly recommend her. We let her know what we needed and our price range and she found it! It was not easy because we had quite the wish list: 4 BR house in Chapel Hill that had a garage, some acreage and room for a bar and a pool table...and of course it had to be within our price range. We were relocating from Miami so we did a lot online and narrowed down our choices during our 2 visits to NC. We had a contact on a house in about 3 weeks. Rosemary found us the perfect house and helped us through the financing and Inspections process all the way to closing.
ZillowVERIFIEDRosemary was absolutely the best realtor we could ask for in our situation. She was able to sell our home (located in a quiet, overlooked neighborhood) in a very reasonable timeframe. We were offered above asking price and the home sold much more quickly than we had originally anticipated. Rosemary also guided us through the process of building a new home. She acted as our advocate as we interacted with the builder and his team. She was assertive yet respectful and spoke eloquently on our behalf when we weren't sure how to handle certain situations. She is personable, down to earth, and extremely responsive and timely. I would highly recommend Rosemary Cunnius as a realtor for both the buying and selling processes.
ZillowVERIFIEDRosemary is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor, and I am very impressed with her work ethics. She was very instrumental in helping find the home that fit the needs of my family. Rosemary also negotiated with the seller to get what I thing was the best deal for me.I would highly recommend Rosemary to anyone who is looking for the best deal for their dollar, she is AMAZING!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe cannot say enough positive things about Rosemary Cunnius with Don Anthony Realty. She is a true professional who was unquestionably on top of all the aspects of selling our home. When we had what we thought was a disaster with the survey and our fence being over the property line by 2', Rosemary was the calming force that looked into it and took care of everything and ended up saving us $1,2000 to move the fence. She was very quick to respond to any and all questions that we had. If you are looking for a Realtor who is truly on your side, you need not look any further than Rosemary with Don Anthony Realty.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently relocated to Holly Springs, NC from New York. Rosemary was able to arrange a variety of homes and neighborhoods for us to explore during a 3 day visit to the RTP area. During the course of the first day, Rosemary was able to quickly adjust our itinerary based on our feedback. After we locked into the town of Holly Springs she continued to narrow the search to the type of home and neighborhood that we were looking for. She was also there for every step of the build of our new home and was readily involved with the builder from contract to closing . We moved to North Carolina before our home was ready, Rosemary found us a rental property that accommodated our needs. Rosemary is a complete resource when it comes to real estate services. She was able to provide resources for local insurance, home inspection, and information about the schools. Her patience and persistence in helping people find the right home is immediately evident.
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen my family and I moved here to the Raleigh area we were in an apartment while we did some house searching. After months of viewing houses we liked from sites such as Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc it became clear to my husband and I we needed help. We reached out to Rosemary Cunnius with Don Anthony Realty and gave her some guidelines we thought we knew we wanted. Within an hour she responded back with about a dozen listings that matched our criteria. After visiting a few of the listings she sent us and talking with her more about the area, doing more research ourselves too, we were able to revise our criteria. She did find our dream home and we fell in love with it the moment we walked in. Rosemary was very easy to get in touch with via email, text, phone and was always very prompt at getting back to us. I would highly recommend her, especially if you are new to the area as she is very knowledgeable.
ZillowVERIFIEDRosemary was a wonderful agent. She went with us through a very lengthy process of finding a new home, which involved a number of offers, disappointments, and finally success. We would definitely use her again in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDRosemary is a great all round Realitor to work with. I highly recommend her. She helped me sell two houses. Both were sold in weeks if not days at a good price.

ZillowVERIFIEDI would highly recommend Rosemary Cunnius as one of the best realtor's ever. I have bought and sold probably 5 or 6 homes over the years and worked with many realtor's but Rosemary topped them all. She is very knowledgeable and and has a heart of gold. My last house I sold I listed it thru Don Anthony Realty...not only did they save me alot of money on realtor fees but my sell was a long drawn out one while my buyer was trying to get approved for a loan...It was very frustrating to me and many nights late I would be up worried and upset and text Rosemary..she was off duty but...she always responded to my text and was the most comforting and understand person I have ever met. She always made me feel like I was her only customer....She always went beyond her call of duty to help me. Actually I missed her after the sell of my home. She was a like a friend to me. She was always efficient, she would email the offers to me and I would electronically sign and email back to her which saved me a lot of time and her....I would recommend Don Anthony Realty and Rosemary Cunnius to any one who is looking to buy or sell a home...They are # 1....
ZillowVERIFIEDRosemary has been wonderful as we have sold two homes and purchased one with her assistance. She was extremely knowledgable and helpful as we worked through the process, and even helped us negotiate some last minute snags. I highly recommend her!
