Whether it be a quick phone call after hours, busy tending to her mom or on a family vacation she made sure to reach out and make sure I was okay as well. In the end, I chose to go with first time home buyers who were a bit of challenge. Rosie was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting us to my target closing date. This was seriously important as I had put a substantial amount of money down to secure my apartment. In the event we didnt make it to closing, I would have lost all of my deposits.
