ZillowVERIFIEDI chose Roselyn as my realtor through a recommendation from a good friend who only had glowing comments about her experience and how she operated in the field of real estate. I can say I wasnt let down. A caveat: I was very picky, and I think Roselin knew that after the first few home walkthroughs in my area. She helped me narrow down my search area, my price point, and ultimately, she became a trusted advisor to everything that led up to me closing on my first home. Shes a wonderful communicator and is extremely patient. I would trust no one else with my next sale and I hope to work with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Roselin is an amazing realtor and broker! My family and I were relocating from NY. Roselin made sure to go over every detail. She met with us when we flew down for 4 days to look at properties and found us our dream home! She negotiated wonderfully on our behalf. She is warm and welcoming as an agent, but aggressive when need be. I can not recommend Roselin enough for anyone looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for a vacation home and we were not in town to see the properties. Roselin would send us listings and knew what we were looking for. We would call her and let her know we were going to be in town with 2 day notice and she would have several houses set up for us to visit. She was professional through it all. She answered calls quickly, made several referrals and always was upfront and honest. We were not the easiest to deal with. We knew what we wanted and she made it happen. We looked at several homes and never once did she complain or seem frustrated. Always upbeat and positive. She was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend

ZillowVERIFIED We transferred to Orlando from California with very little knowledge of the area. Roselin was very patient in a large range search and after her assistance in narrowing down to our favorite community and home, she proved excellent in negotiating with the sellers and very knowledgeable and helpful during the purchase process. Roselin will work hard for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Roselin is an incredible realtor! We connected last fall when I asked her to look at a home. From then on, she checked in with me ever few months to get an idea of our purchase timeline. We found a home we loved in May (one year ahead of our plan to purchase) and Roselin convinced us that we could sell our condo AND buy our dream home all at once. Roselin was our agent for both and she was awesome. She sold the condo after the first walk through, we negotiated a fair price for our dream home, and Roselin helped us through each step of the way! We have recommended Roselin to our friends and family. She is an amazing realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Roselin is such a fantastic realtor and she helped us to close on a second home together. We have worked with several realtors in the past, including one who is a personal friend and who we thought would do a fantastic job. However, we were seriously mistaken and soon learned why Roselin is the best. Shes quick to respond with any question or concern and fights tooth and nail for her clients. After closing, she doesnt disappear and leave her clients in the dark. She is there to help handle any issues and tie up loose ends. She is also patient, understanding, and offers insight during the showing process which helped ease many of our purchasing woes. We will continue to have Roselin be our realtor for all of our future home purchases and highly recommend her to all of our friends and family. Thank you so much again Roselin!

ZillowVERIFIED Being first time home buyers, Liz and I were a bit uneasy concerning the process of buying a home. After working with two nefarious real estate agents, we made contact with Roselin Rosario. We were skeptical at first, however as the process progressed I soon realized some of Roselins qualities. Roselin is patient, she did not force the purchase, she answered questions and explained forms, and she communicated with us daily through text messaging and emails to provide us with all the information we needed. The third time was the charm for us and we were fortunate to have Roselin represent us. Liz and I were pleased with how Roselin facilitated the process from commitment date through closing date and delighted she was able to seal the deal as we acquired our first home. I would not hesitate to use Roselin again to negotiate another purchase and/or sale should a need arise. I will definitely recommend Roselin to friends and family. So Roselin, thank you so much for being a great person to work with and for all you did for Liz and I.
