ZillowVERIFIEDRoseanne did such an amazing job helping buy our home 8 years ago, that we had to use her to sell our house. Roseanne was able to get us multiple offers and we sold for the 2nd highest price in the neighborhood

ZillowVERIFIED Roseanne was AMAZING. From start to finish she made the entire process of selling our house a breeze. She knew the area, knew exactly what to do. We had never sold a home before and she was patient and answered all our questions. Her team took incredible photos and got us an insane price for our house (which I do realize has something to do with the crazy market - but I am convinced no one could have done as good of a job). I would recommend ANYONE in Wayne and surrounding areas list their home with Roseanne. She is THE BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED I could not say enough positive things about Roseanne. She wakes us through the process of buying a home from start to finish and was patient when we had questions, things didnt go our way, or when we were unsure of anything. She stuck by us for the 6 months it took for us to secure our home. Roseanne represented our interests from the moment we started working together. We are so grateful for her expertise and I will be recommending her to friends and family for future buying and selling needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Throughout the home buying process Roseanne has been super helpful, very attentive to my housing needs, and answered all my questions quickly. Her knowledge of the market, industry, and area were exceptional. Whenever I had concerns or doubts during this hectic housing market, Roseanne's positive attitude kept me going every step of the way and with her help I managed to find an adorable house. I know without Roseannes patience and experience I would have been lost. I highly recommend Roseanne as a realtor for any of your housing market needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I was grateful to have Roseann Nover represent me in buying my new house. I would recommend Roseann Nover and her team to everyone. Her professionalism, patience, rapid response, and her expertise in real estate truly made it a pleasure to work with. At first I was reluctant to finding a house due to being in a sellers market and being a first time home buyer however; as soon I was in contact with her she guided my husband and I throughout the entire process and made it a priority to put our best interest forward. She is truly the reason we found our dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Roseanne was amazing to work with. As a first-time home buyer, she helped my wife and I navigate through all the obstacles of purchasing a home. She was always available, quick to respond, and extremely knowledgeable. She has clear insight for the areas she serves. Roseanne answered all our questions and also understood the VA home loan process and what was required. As a veteran, she was able to get us additional credits towards our purchase. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart. She truly cared about getting us a home that was a match for us, instead of just trying to make a sale. Her experience as a realtor is evident and we are over joyed with our first home. Anyone looking for a home in her service area cant go wrong with choosing Roseanne! Thank you for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED From the very beginning, I knew we would enjoy working with Roseanne. She was professional, clear in her communication, and always pleasant to deal with. She has a "can do" attitude and simply, gets the job done! As often happens, there were some complications with the property which stalled the receipt of reasonable offers. Roseanne planned a course of action, found the professionals to handle the situation and guided us through to a successful outcome. I always appreciated her candor and kindness.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our home as well as purchased a condo at the same time with Roseanne and she is, without a doubt, an incredibly informed, conscientious, caring professional who poured herself completely into selling our home, coordinating everything to be done on the same day! Our home had a contract on it within one week of listing! When one buyer could not obtain their commitment, she had the house back on the market in the same day with numerous showings while we were on vacation securing a new buyer within 3 days! She knew what we wanted in a condo and patiently took us to whatever we wanted to see. She went above and beyond her role as agent to get the deal done to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend her in every way! God Bless you Roseanne!!????

ZillowVERIFIED Had a great experience with Roseanne as our buyer's agent! We've used 3 other realtors over the course of our home search (different areas in NJ), and Roseanne got the job done! She really listened to what we wanted and didn't waste our time sending us homes that didn't meet our criteria (which unfortunately most other realtors do due to the low inventory of houses available recently). She was patient with us in our search and was very knowledgeable about the process, and she negotiated on our behalf to get the price we wanted for our forever home. Can't recommend Roseanne enough!

ZillowVERIFIED I know Roseanne for over 3 years, when I decided to put my condo on the market for rent, and about one month later she successfully found a tenant for me in 2015 and again another tenant this year. She is very kind, professional and is able to provide the kind of help and advice that I needed. It was my pleasure to know her and have her as my realtor, and I would highly recommend her to others.

ZillowVERIFIED Roseanne was truly amazing to work with. She is quick to respond whether its via e-mail, text, or phone call. She was also easily available to go see homes quickly which is importnant with the way the housing market has been lately. We had looked at so many homes and had been outbid a few times that we started to lose hope. Roseanne was very reassuring and stayed positive. She knew we would find the right home at the right time. Boy, was she right. Roseanne got us in to see the house immediately and worked quickly to submit our offer. She could just tell this house was meant to be and did everything she could on her end to make sure we got it. Now we have our forever home! I cant imagine moving again but If we ever do I wouldnt hesitate to use Roseanne and her partner Ellen again. I highly recommend them to buy or sell a home. It was just a great experience overall!

She was fantastic, felt like a family member guiding me through the process, very knowledgeable and always felt like she had my best interest in mind, also she was always there when I needed something. If she wasnt able to pick up my phone call it was always very shortly after I would receive a text saying she would call ASAP or a time table when she could talk. 5 stars for Roseanne!

ZillowVERIFIED Roseanne was just wonderful! We were a difficult case, we had a very low approved purchase price with an FHA mortgage so the home had to be very cheap and able to pass inspection. Roseanne was so much help despite the very difficult requirements! We were also first time buyers and beyond clueless. She was so helpful and patient with us. I recommend her to every one I know. She goes above and beyond with her time and efforts, taking you to the same house many times and meeting you late at night and during odd hours! She helped us buy a home, then put it back on the market and ultimately find a renter for the house (not a choice below). As said she is fabulous, trustworthy and the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I've used Roseanne Nover to sell my home 4 years ago when times were difficult. She advised us and priced it accurately. Our house sold within 1 month. She helped us purchase our new home and guided us through the process. It was a very easy transition. Since then, I have recommended her to two other sellers. Both of them sold their house in no time at all. Roseanne is very committed and makes you feel as if you are her only client. I would encourage everyone to use her services.

ZillowVERIFIED We have relocated due to job moves more times than I care to admit. As a result we have worked with a number of realtors. Roseanne was THE BEST. Her knowledge of the areas, schools, her initiative, service, expertise and advice to help us thorugh the process (much of which was done long distance) was unparalled in any of our previous moves. Both her personality and her performance were nothing short of outstanding. We can't recommend her enough.
