ZillowVERIFIED We met Roseann by chance in April 2022 while driving around a neighborhood looking at homes. She was waiting for a client and asked us if we needed assistance as we passed by. At the time though, we had just begun our search and did not feel a need to have a Realtor but instantly fell in love with Roseann's energy, knowledge and warm personality. We're from the South Shore of Long Island but wanted a small cottage-style second home on the North Shore. Since we were not familiar with the area, Roseann asked us some questions and based on our feedback, she was able to recommend another area which "checked all of our boxes." Roseann was so spot on with what we wanted because we found an amazing gem of a town (Wading River) and absolutely love our neighborhood and home! Although our home buying process itself was extremely daunting and prolonged (took well over 4 months from offer to closing); no matter what the situation or issue was, Roseann was always so responsive and helpful. She's someone we'd trust to help us through almost any situation and always treated us like more than her most important client. There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes when your under contract. Roseann was very much involved with the mortgage lenders, attorneys office, buyers/ sellers and keeping me informed on the progress. I like to point out also, not only did I purchase a home with Roseann, she was able to sell my Co-op. Within a week being listed I had multiple offers and a signed contract. From the start Roseann came to our house fully prepared with accurate comps and a thorough knowledge of the current market conditions. We priced the house fairly aggressively and received offers in less than 24 hours. And the house sold before the pictures hit the web - and the pictures were by a professional photographer. When the offers came in there was no pressure to sell - so we negotiated a fair deal that worked for both buyer and us. After the contract was signed - she did not disappear like many agents do when the sale is a done deal. She arranged and met the buyer for walk through right to the closing. We could not have received any better representation as a seller. Sold and closed in just over 60 days. Just great!
