Rose set us up with an attorney and even accompanied us to the appointment so that we stayed on the right track. She sold the house and left use stranded. Stil no thanks or any kind of surport from Rose the agent. Is communication is important stay away. She will not communicate with you whatsoever and she will ghost you.
