We met Rose by chance while attending an open house (a quite busy one) and we admired the way Rose was geniunely listening to anyone who had questions. We were even more impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data she had about the market and the prospective home. We were in the process of relocating from Orange County to San Diego, so we were very serious about finding our perfect home. We did not have a real estate agent in the SD area, and so it was an absolute no brainer for us to work with Rose. Did we mention the open house was busy? Right, and then the offers were just flowing in. After meeting Rose and expressing our interest in working with her and putting an offer on the home, she instantly turned into a fierce strategist and got our offer accepted two days later (the home was only on the market for a week)!! It goes without saying that making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home, but we were also emotionally invested and having someone like Rose who properly set, managed, and surpassed expectations was such a blessing and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. Being Type A, we very much appreciated the level of detail provided by Rose and her team. Our inbox was instantly flooded with the most important information, due dates, and special milestones that were headed our way. It was nice to have little reminders of all the little things you may have otherwise forgotten about, like...cancelling your Internet or changing your mailing address. There is no detail spared with Rose! We did our best to make the drive down as often as needed throughout escrow, but there were times we couldn't be there and yet we did not have a single worry. Why? Rose was there, sending us live updates and offering video tours. My wife was unable to make the home inspection, and without me even realizing, Rose had video recorded the entire 20+ minute conversation we had with the inspector so my wife knew exactly what was said rather than just having the report to rely on. She always made herself available throughout the entire process and continues to be a great resource even after we closed. Our move in day was going to be special no matter what, but we had no idea what was in store for us. Our expectations were constantly exceeded. To anyone looking to buy or sell a home, we strongly recommend you work with Rose. The second we met Rose, we instantly felt good energy and vibes.
