We met up with her for some briefing and she was so helpful, very talkative, informative, and she gives you that positive vibe that just makes you want to work with her! She is very responsive and punctual. She had asked us if we had a loan officer and we told her we didn't really like our last one that we worked with. He did not want us to use a down payment assistance program and that was definitely a red flag! So Rose recommended one of her trustworthy loan officer to work with and he was great too! When talking to the seller's agent, she will try her BEST to get all the information she can. The market is crazy right now and will probably continue to be crazy for the next couple of years. Rose saw that as well so she advised us to change up our strategy after a few failed offers and it worked! We got our offer accepted afterwards and closed in less than a month! Rose has sold many houses before and we hope she keeps selling more and more. She's knowledgeable and all the people she works with are great. We will definitely refer all of our friends and family to her if they're ever trying to look for a house.
