ZillowVERIFIED Rose's knowledge and expertise about the local real estate market allowed my property to be sold on the first day of its listing and at the price it was listed. Because of my travel situation she also represented my interests at the closing and was able to negotiate the moving date I needed as I was moving out of state.

ZillowVERIFIED Rose is one of the best real estate professional in S.E. Michigan hands down !Her guidance during the sale of our home was excellent and very pragmatic. Our home was in need of some TLC and she recommended that we make that clear in the listing so that potential buyers would not be caught off guard. The listing was professionally done and Rose helped us understand the pros and cons of the various offers and guided us as we accepted and negotiated the best offer. She was very prompt and professional throughout the entire process and took out all the stress of selling our first home. We give her the highest possible recommendation !!

She is intelligent, very business like and has a good sense of humor. She gets things done efficiently. She kept in good contact with me and gave me words of advice that kept me motivated. She was quick to follow up and keep my purchase process on track from the search, to closing. She was very flexible with scheduling viewings. She also provided great insight into what to look for through the home. Rose also provided very good contacts for inspections, which helped me identify exactly what work i would need to do once i got moved in. Including helping with choosing both exterior and interior choices. Nine, (9) years later when I retired. Rose sold my home in three, (3) days. Due to her help with helping me to build the house..

ZillowVERIFIED When we bought our new house through Rose's agency, we were impressed with how well it was handled for us. When we needed to sell our old house, we did not hesitate to contact Rose for her assistance. With the pandemic really kicking in, we were concerned about how to proceed in these rapidly changing times. Rose was able to work and negotiate within the strict limitations and was able to meet or exceed all our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Rose to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say, Rose is the most qualified and experienced Real Estate individual that we have ever met and used. I'm sure that you have heard the expression "location, location, location", you must also have the "agent, agent, agent" and Rose is the one. You will not be disappointed with her as your agent looking for your first, second or third home or having her as your listing agent.

ZillowVERIFIED From watching postcards come in the mail from Rose at Keller Williams, highlighting her sales experience in our area, we knew we had to call Rose in order to get the job done right. Upon meeting Rose our confidence grew and we knew without question that Rose knew what she was doing. Rose handled our entire process without any issue. She kept us informed, was highly professional, and put us at ease throughout the process. We have already recommended Rose to friends who have also sold their home using Rose. We cant speak highly enough about Roses knowledge and expertise. We are truly happy we kept her in mind for several years and finally made that call. We truly believe that Rose is the best and when you want the best way settle.

ZillowVERIFIED Rose just handled the sale of our home and helped us go through the process with such ease. We were also in the process of having a home built several hours away so we appreciated her ability to electronically handle things even when we were out of town. It was a stressful time and we were glad to have her to guide us through the process. We have known Rose for years and she has handled the home sales of our family and friends. She is a very knowledgeable, honest and fair person and we would recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED After 29 years, we decided to downsize our living space in Sterling Heights, MI. Since we were close to a Keller Williams office, we decided to list through them and requested Rose. We'd become familiar with her name from her direct marketing via U.S. Mail. The moment she stepped in the door, we knew she would be an agent with whom we could easily share our thoughts and needs. She is a very warm and caring agent and, sometimes if there was enough time, we'd just sit and talk about "life." She gave us great suggestions about what would make our house more desirable to prospective buyers. During the entire process, even when she was on a bit of vacation, she didn't fail to keep in touch via phone, text, email or a KW partner in her office. When our house was listed, she introduced me to "ShowingTime," a cellphone app that would inform me immediately of day, date and time span a prospective buyer would like to view the property. My job was to text back with a "Y" or "N" to indicate feasibility of the viewing. This was super helpful and the biggest joy is, we had 3 offers within 36 hours of the listing going "live." If I ever have another house to sell, I truly hope Rose will handle that one for us too.

ZillowVERIFIED We were in for a long ride during the sellers market this past summer, but Rose was there for us every step of the way. We threw down the gauntlet and would go to see up to 5 houses a day! Through it all, Rose was absolutely wonderful. She has great insight into the neighborhoods and what to look out for when purchasing a home. We would have been lost without her. I wholeheartedly recommend Rose if you are looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm very happy with the services provided by Rose. Her knowledge of the market and the area helped me get a higher asking price than what I would have assumed I could get.Rose was both personable and knowledgeable which really eased the process of being a first time home seller. I almost never write reviews for anything but given how complicated this process COULD have been, Rose and her team deserve some positive feedback and a big "thank you."The only reason for the 4 star rating in responsiveness is because Rose was out of the country (scheduled before we had even listed) during part of the process. This made her less accessible at times, but the associates in her office were able to handle things in her absence just fine.

ZillowVERIFIED Rose walked into our "challenging" situation and, long story short, said something along the lines of "this house will sell", laid out the plan in a very efficient and professional way, kept in close contact throughout the entire process and voila...SOLD. Her experience and instincts proved themselves and her straightforward manner of communication was the breath of fresh air that we needed to push through. She kept us on track to coordinate all the "moving parts" involved in selling for a move out of state. We have no reservations over recommending her to anyone we know that may be in need of a solid real estate professional. Thanks again Rose!
