ZillowVERIFIEDI am a first time home buyer and a disabled veteran I had a trusted realtor and a trusted lender I met Rose quite by accident after requesting a viewing through Zillow. The first thing that impressed me about her was that she called it like she saw it. Though fair, the property in question was not desirable. She pointed out all the modifications that had been made and questioned some of their reasoning. She was very thorough and fair. She was actually doing more digging than I was. The second property was obviously the one I wanted. I told Rose I was a first time home buyer with little to no experience buying a home. She asked me quite frankly aEURoeare you sure this is what you want?aEUR? I said yes and she took it from there. From the offer amount to the best lender. She even got involved in the inspection process to secure the loan. The results speak for themselves. Closed in under 3 weeks The house appraised for 25 over purchase before closing The loan was so favorable that even the notary remarked at how good it was at signing All in all Id say I was quite fortunate to have met Rose My experience was so seamless and favorable that I am reluctant to tell people lest they get cynical about their own experience. Thank you Rose

ZillowVERIFIED The best experience, for the lowest fee! Less expensive AND better! I saved 2% of the commission on $650,000 sale of my home in Temecula. She priced it right. Professional photographer. Most difficult market conditions since 2008, but she got it shown and sold! Daily phone calls and updates. Comprehensive comps and market analysis. Other similar homes were selling for $40,000 less, but she didnt budge or fold. Twenty years of experience and expertise in that market. Very comfortable and confident. She became a good friend, instead of just your typical agent.

ZillowVERIFIED So back in 2018 my family of four began a search through Zillow of homes we may be interested in murrieta/Temecula.. I sent an email asking for help and we were fortunate enough to end up with Rose to be the one who reached out. She was sooo attentive to our needs, desires, and everything else we needed to find our ?forever ? home. She searched and searched and showed us about a dozen homes without being pushy. She was available for calls at any time day or night (I tried not to call at night) but it was a massive purchase. She was there every step I?of the way! Here we are four years later and she still helps! E she helped set up the perfect person for a refi - she even went out of her way to help with a home warranty issue we have? four years later. Seriously I know a few people in real estate but I will only contact and ask for the help of Rose Grevin. You can?t go wrong.

ZillowVERIFIED While searching a house for my coming retirement in Southern California on internet, I spotted Rose Greven, a Buyer Specialist from Team Forss Realty Group in Temecula, CA. The fact is we live in Northern California hence prior to meet Rose, we had very little knowledge in housing market in the areas of Orange County, Riverside and San Diego counties. But after spending 4 consecutive Saturdays with Roses helps, we now have some good ideas about the Southern CA counties, able to identify good and potential locations/cities, aEUR|. and most importantly we found our dream house for our retirement. To me and my wife, Rose is very professional, very dedicated to her job, her passion and knowledge in the housing market of Southern California is deep and tremendous. She is very patient (not pushy at all!) and understandable with her clients wishes and demands. Her ultimate goal is to ensure her clients to be fully happy and satisfied with the house purchases/transactions. We have been assisted with a smile and expertise from Rose during every step of the way in purchasing our "dream home"!! ZillowVERIFIED Before choosing a real estate agent, my wife and I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice in finding the right home for our family. There were plenty of solid agents in the Temecula, Murrieta and Winchester area, but Rose Greven from Team Forss stood out the most. My wife and I were very happy to find out that Rose lived up to and exceeded our expectations. I've recommended the Rose to everyone I know. She is a true professional and a genuinely nice person. ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Rose Greven of Team Forss by our mortgage broker. As 1st time home buyers we were nervous about the process but Roses reviews were excellent so we gave her a call and a few months later here we are in our 1st home! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Rose. She was experienced, professional, approachable and friendly. Her experience and expertise was apparent from the first time we met her. Throughout the entire process it was clear Rose had our best interests in mind and really went the extra mile to look after us. She showed us 15 or more homes around Temecula and keyed in quickly on what we were looking for as well as being flexible with her schedule to quickly make arrangements to view homes as soon as they came on the market. Once the offer was accepted she knew exactly what questions to ask, information to seek, and inspections to book. She has many contacts in the industry and was able to quickly arrange inspections as well as guide us through the tricky negotiating process with the seller. Highly recommended Rose Greven of Team Forss!

Within 2 days, Rose helped me find a place, went the extra mile of making a video, and then closing the deal with excellent negotiation skills. I didn't even see the house until after the offer was accepted. I trust Rose with my home and will exclusively use her for future real estate business. Captain US Army

ZillowVERIFIED Hands down and without a doubt I have had the most incredible experience finding our new home. When I saw a house I was interested in I filled out the inquiry. No more than 10 min. later, I was emailed by the most friendly voice, (Macey) who greeted me and told me she was going to have an agent call me, Rose Graven. That was when true friendship began. Rose listened to our needs to find our new home. She made herself available on that following Monday with a list of the top 5-6 homes, I had selected from their fabulous program that sent me updated MLS home that were posted. Rose is so Accommodating (Prof. Efforts) Supportive (Emails) Attentive (Texts) Integrity (Taking 5 trips) when we found our new home!! YAY,YAY,YAY, for this office, staff and agent, Rose Graven!!!!
