I never had to worry about a thing, because Rose kept me informed throughout the process. During this last sale, Rose was dealing with some severe back pain that she was trying to have diagnosed and treated. The woman could barely stand, yet never missed a single call or appointment. I consider myself very fortunate to have had Rose as my realtor.

This recent home sale was the second time that we'd worked with her, because our first experience was so good. ZillowVERIFIED Rose started working with me and my wife around August 21, 2021. We were looking at a 55+ called Leisurewoods. You had to get through rules and regulations and fees and all kinds of paperwork. Rose was there for us. We took out a small mortgage and again Rose was there for us aEUR" she helped find this type of loan and worked with them to get us through the process. And questions I had she was there and supportive. She showed us several homes in Leisurewoods and we finally found one that the price was right. Rose got our offer accepted. She was always on all four cyclinders. Leisurewoods, the seller, the loan office, and documents I needed Rose made this procedure much easier. I would recommend Rose as an agent to anybody looking. I was renting a lovely but pricey apartment near the water in Quincy. I was quite comfortable living there and enjoyed all the nice amenities. My lease was expiring I decided I was ready to buy. I emailed Rose and we spoke. She asked me questions about my wants, needs, my lifestyle, conveniences, and more. Rose immediately added me to the MLS and the search began. At first, I thought I wanted a ranch, townhouse or condo until we began looking. Rose availed herself and was accommodating even with all the Covid restrictions. When I wanted to go to Open houses, she met me. And sometimes, on the same day! When I emailed or texted, she responded often with suggestions or comments only an insider would know (waterlines in the basement, outdated electrical, etc.) Rose did not waste my time with places out of my price range. It ironic that the place that I wasnt so keen on seeing, I bought. Rose was more excited than I when we visited the condo. She knew it was exactly what I wanted: one level, attached garage, two bedrooms, and no one above me! She suggested I bring a knowledgeable friend to see it. She calmed me down through the entire process. Rose is the consummate professional. She maintained a professional relationship with the sellers agent and the closing attorney and she was patient with all my questions and jitters about the closing. Rose worked with the seller to accommodate my schedule.I had several family members and friends come to the inspection and she was patient and understanding. Integrity is important to me and she has it. ZillowVERIFIED When I first met Rose Dacey I asked her to write down the price she thought we should list my house at without showing me, and I did the same. When we compared numbers. we were within $900 of each other! This told me that she did not over or under-value the property.After watching her walk around the property and listening to her comments I knew Rose was the one I wanted to sell my house; I could tell by the way she cared about my house and her craft.Rose did a terrific job with the photographs for the listing, and she took care of everything else such as meeting the inspector and the fire department, and keeping me informed every step of the way.After the first open house we had some bids and a P&S shortly thereafter.The entire process was a smooth as could be from our first meeting until the closing. If you want to sell your house do not think twice about hiring Rose Dacey as your agent. You will be glad that you did.
