Rose just helped us buy a home and we could not have asked for more from her. She was dogged, persistent, patient, detail-oriented, gave honest assessments of the prospective properties, and she was fantastic to work with. Rose is a champ.

Rose Catinella is an Amazing real estate agent! My brother and I worked with her while selling our dads condo. We both live out of state, and that was never an issue throughout the entire process. Rose went above and beyond, always keeping us in the loop on all developments regarding the listing and sale of the condo. She was on top of every detail and never missed a beat. The condo went under agreement quickly, and the closing happened without a hitch. If you are looking for a real estate agent in this area of Florida, you have found the best with Rose Catinella.

Rose is the ultimate real estate agent. She handled and managed every aspect of selling our house and helped us through a difficult situation. Her ability to rectify any problem that came up on a moments notice was amazing. More importantly, Roses kindness and caring for us and putting our needs as priority meant the world to us. We were struggling to find a new place to live and Rose came through again. We are forever grateful to her for going above and beyond what a real estate agent is supposed to do. You will never find another agent like Rose. Dont look any further, call her first and rest assured your house will be sold!

I wish there were more stars that I could pick!! Rose was so patient, caring, knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done! Selling property out of state is challenging (as a real estate agent in NY, I should know!!) Rose handled every problem with professionalism, grace, humor, and endless solutions. Rose also has an amazing team of professionals (lawyers, inspectors, and expeditors, to name a few) that respond well to working with her clients. I cannot say enough about Rose. She treats her customers like family!

ROSE IS THE BEST!!! She worked tirelessly to find me and my boyfriends first home together! She went above and beyond in every way possible to make sure we were comfortable with each step we took. The only realtor I will ever use would be Rose! Thank you a million!!
