ZillowVERIFIED Working with Nikki and Rosanne has been an absolute pleasure! Early in our selling process, there were some set-backs which were mostly on my end of the transaction. Early into my 2019 listing, I had a health scare which was quickly followed up with an unexpected job transfer for my husband. These complications made it necessary to delay the sale of our home until 2020. Though this was not ideal for either party, they believed in me and trusted that I would be back in 2020 when it was actually time to make our move. To me, this is the aEURoehuman elementaEUR? that is so often missing in our world while making life changing decisions, and with those we enlist to help us. We re-listed in Mid March 2020 and we had an offer in approximately one month, all while we were entering our first ever (and hopefully last) pandemic. I cant emphasize enough that both of these ladies work to the top of their given potential. Nikki, having a background in design, theatre, and all things aEURoelarger than lifeaEUR? has a great eye for decor and will assist you in staging your home, in most cases with decour that you currently own. Rosanne, has a great business mind and is quick to answer any question you may have regarding real estate law, she is very calming during a high stakes transaction. These ladies perfectly complement each other and will work day and night, sparing no expense whether it be money or time, to make your dreams a reality. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Nikki and Rosanne are extremely knowledgeable of the laws and the market. Also, Nikki having experience in design, she is great at it and will have your house looking spectacular for showings. They spare no expense when it comes to advertisement...I have beautiful custom photos taken. I was also given a spot in our local paper/circular. They always answer OR respond very quickly to calls/messages. Last but not least, they will pay for minor setbacks themselves to make a deal work and they network on your behalf. They found me a rental when I was unable to fine one due to our dog. Overall, just fabulous team of ladies!

They will take the time to listen to your needs and find what you need. They also sold our house very quickly and with little stress on our end. We loved working with them.

ZillowVERIFIED This dynamic duo took over our listing after it expired with another agent. We were frustrated and tired after our house sat on the market for 4 months, through multiple price reductions, with great feedback but no offers. These ladies came in with a new game plan, a positive outlook, and a go-getter attitude. Within a couple short weeks of signing with Nikki and Rosanne, we had multiple offers and ultimately closed 30 days later! Next time, they're the 1st ones I call! Thank you both for your hard work and dedication. You listen, you hustle, and you get the job done. Bravo!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a great pleasure to have Nikki and Rosanne represent us in the selling of our home. We interviewed several realtors but Maria and I knew that Nikki and Rossane were right for us. They came through in a big way! They helped us present the house in a way that would sell quickly and communicated with us throughout the process. They were very pleasant and positive throughout. We received a cash, non contingent offer very quickly and the house sold sooner than we expected. I would highly recommend Rossane and Nikki to anyone who is selling or purchasing a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Niki and Roseanne have been such a blessing to our family. They worked patiently and diligently with us to find a floorplan that suits our family's particular needs . ZillowVERIFIED We purchased our Florida home from long-distance in Washington state in 2017. As you can imagine, purchasing a home sight unseen from afar was stressful but Rosanne and Nikki made the process as smooth as possible. They were both very friendly and a pleasure to work with. They genuinely cared about our interests and needs in a home and did their best to accommodate those in our price range. They were super responsive and communicated with us well throughout the whole process, which as important since we were so far away. They made the process seem more personal and sincere while still doing a great job at meeting our needs instead of cold and business-like. These two ladies are definitely a great, dynamic duo!

ZillowVERIFIED These two are the dynamic duos of real estate. My family and I had many ups and downs throughout the home buying process in St. Johns County, FL. Despite our many disappointments Rosanne and Nikki stood by us all the way. They never once hesitated to show us a home and always maintained a friendly and professional bearing. They had just the right tact and timely input on many of the options we evaluated. If we ever decided to buy or sell our home again I would not hesitate to contact them to represent my family as our Agents. They truly made the home buying experience a positive and memorable venture.

ZillowVERIFIED I dont think I can ever sing enough praise about our experience with Rosanne and Nikki. My husband and I recently moved to Jacksonville, FL from Columbus, OH. We are young and starting our lives together in a new city, so we were hesitant to consider purchasing a home; however, after a year of renting and settling into our new jobs, it felt like the right time. I was looking at a home on Zillow and wanted to set up a time to see it; within an hour or two of requesting a showing, Rosanne called. She was very personable and willing to work with our crazy work schedule. She was bright and cheerful when she showed us the home, and asked insightful questions about what we were looking for in a home. She had other properties in mind for us, and set up a personalized page through their real estate site that really helped us get a better idea of the home we wanted. After weeks of searching and no luck, Rosanne made an exciting suggestion about building. Being so young, we never dreamed our first home would be new construction, but were eager to learn more about the prospect. She set up a meeting and attended it with us, asking questions by our side and explaining real estate jargon throughout the process. We left with a packet of information and a newfound love for an up-and-coming community. We signed the documents and were sad that the home search was over and our connection with Roseanne would end . . . except it didnt! She informed us that she and Nikki would be with us every step of the way! Rosanne stayed on email chains and attended purchase meetings, and put us in touch with an incredible lender and agent who helped us continue the behind-the-scenes work of the buying/building process. Nikki attended our design meeting, and was so cheerful and excited for our home buying experience. She asked the design studio questions we were too afraid to ask, and made sure that we were comfortable with every choice we made. She was a very present and encouraging part of our experience, and even took pictures of us throughout the meeting so we could look back on the awesome memories. As the building process continued, we began stumbling into some issues with our project manager on the build. But it was Rosanne & Nikki to the rescue! They attended pre-drywall meetings, demanding that changes be made and that our skeleton of a house would become the home of our dreams. At our final pre-closing meeting, they brought their broker (who was extremely knowledgeable and refused to take no for an answer; we like to call him their aEURoeace up their sleeveaEUR?) and the builders sales agent (who would bring important information about our building experience to management). The fact that Rosanne & Nikki attended this meeting with the project manager was incredible, but to have them bring so many extra eyes and voices of persuasion to ensure that a project manager would not bully us young, inexperienced buyers . . . it brought me to tears! Rosanne & Nikki truly care about their clients and will do absolutely ANYTHING to make sure you are taken care of. They will stop at nothing to provide you with a positive buying environment, and will always fight for what is right. They are not only incredible agents, but are also incredible women. You dont just leave your experience with a new home; you leave with new friends. Rosanne & Nikki, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We would not have the beautiful home we have today if it werent for your hard work and dedication to taking care of us. You are wonderful! We love you!

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for an attentive driven realtor I recommend Niki Holm and Roseanne. Niki did go above and beyond to make me happy and close the deal. They sold my house in less than a month this fall. Niki found me a short term rental in my school district while my new home is built. I didnt think it was necessary to use a realtor to build my new home but again Nikis persistence paid off. She insisted on going through the process with me and in the end it was the best decision. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with Rosanne and her team, upon moving to the Jacksonville area. I loved her no-nonsense, straight to the point delivery. With the vast amount of choices in Duval/St Johns, she helped me narrow down areas to look, based on my preferences. I ended up having one particular location in mind and she provided me with market data and trends, to show that I was making a good choice on that area. Rosanne was patient in finding a place that was right. Then we found a place and got as far as offer acceptance and getting an inspection done. Things took a turn when the seller wasn't as willing to work with us on some requests which brought concern. I was happy when Rosanne said that it was perfectly OK to walk away from the deal. This told me she wasn't in it, just to make a sale. I mean, we all want to make a sale but she knew I wasn't 100% wanting to move forward and made it easy to say no. After some more patience in searching, we found another place. Rosanne made sure I was convinced, this was the right one and we moved forward on it. After going through the fun underwriting process, we got all our ducks in a row and ready to close. Rosanne's work was finished but for one more thing. With the closing date pushed back a few days, I was in a pickle because my lease was ending 2 days before close. A concern because I have pets. She was able to get the sellers to allow me to move in 2 days early! And yes, I'm loving the new house and the location. I highly recommend Rosanne and her team to help you in finding your next home. As I mentioned, if you want a realtor that is straight to the point and willing to ask for your requests in the negotiation process, she's the one!

ZillowVERIFIED Rosanne and Nikki were wonderful from the start of my house buying experience. Being deployed I went into the house buying process with the thought of a lot of browsing and a heavy stress experience. After coming in contact with Rosanne and Nikki I was instantly relieved. They both provided step by step assistance throughout the process always having my family in mind. This was a huge stress relief factor. ZillowVERIFIED If you want a team of realtors that really have a feel for what is going on in this area, these two ladies are for you! The first day I went house hunting with Rosanne, I could tell she knew the housing market from Jacksonville all the way down to St. Augustine. Then she told me she also had a partner and the next day they both took me to lunch and we looked at more homes. By the end of day 2, I knew that I had not only stumbled onto two amazing realtors, but two awesome ladies that are now my friends. These two were there for me every step of the way. It was a tricky transaction, but they hung in there and got the job done, and helped make the difficult process fun. Even after closing, they have been available for any questions or assistance I've needed....perhaps the name of a good hairdresser or to borrow airbeds 'til your furniture shows up? Roseanne and Nikki....thanks for all you have done; you two are the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I cant thank Nikki and Roseann enough for helping make a life long dream for me and my family come true. For 30 years I knew one day St. Augustine would be my home. Nikki and Roseann definitely helped us find a home that was perfect for our family. We transitioned from WV to FL and we had absolutely no idea how to do the transition. They asked questions and what our specific needs were and made us a priority to find that perfect home not just any home. Our journey began in May and with many ups and downs of finding that home that would fit our family size, location, schools, and budget. In January with a lot of patients with us they never gave up helping us on a regular basis. Not to mention their guidance in selling our wv home. Everything I asked help with they was eager to help however they could. Now we have the right home, easy transition and patience beyond words. Thank you for meeting the needs of our family and putting people and families first. We will always appreciate your help and support. Our move would not have happened without them both!!! A dream come true thank you so much.

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a home in Jacksonville just in time to prepare for Hurricane Irma. Thankfully, our house did not suffer any damage, but now its time to catch up on items that were put on hold. It is our pleasure to tell you how much we enjoyed working with our realtor, Rosanne Hearn. She has an engaging personality, and was energetic and tenacious in her pursuit of finding the perfect home for us. We were trying to find a home within a limited period of time, and Rosanne communicated with us many times each day to apprise us of new listings, changes to previous listings we visited, and to reassess any changes in our strategy. Rosanne is knowledgeable about the specific housing areas in which we were interested, as well as real estate issues in general. Rosanne was never too busy, always accessible by phone, and was prompt in returning our calls and emails. She has a large network of knowledgeable associates who can be called upon when issues or questions arise. Whether you need a realtor to find you a home that meets your criteria or need someone to arrange access to prospective homes you find while driving around, Rosanne is a great choice. At the end of the day, you will think Rosanne is more like a friend than a business associate.
