ZillowVERIFIED Rosalie is such a professional and experienced agent! After understanding my top need in selling the property, she explained how different approaches work towards my goal. It helped me choose the best one for my immediate need. I sold my property really quick. Rosalie also verified important status of the property to avoid potential hassle - many of which I was not aware at all before. If I need to work with an agent in this area again in the future, I will definitely work with Rosalie!

Rosalie Cook is an amazing realtor. With so many realtors to choose from, it was an easy decision who we should entrust selling our home to once we met her. She is very experienced and knowledgeable about the current market, gave her opinion when necessary, listened to all of our requests and then delivered. She sold our home in under a month. Rosalie is very personable but she will fight for her clients. She wasnt afraid of walking away from a deal if we werent happy and that made us feel like we were her priority not the sale. She prides herself in her reputation and I think thats what make her one of the best along with her expertise in the field. Thank you Rosalie!

ZillowVERIFIED I can not express how pleased we were with Ms. Rosalie Cook as our realtor in the sale of our home. Ms. Cook was more than just a realtor, she was so personable and interested in the sale of our home that we consider her a friend. Ms. Cook was overwhelmingly detailed, focused, and committed to the eventual sale of our home. Her personal touch and continuous availability to our questions or needs during the process made us feel that we were her only client, which we were not! Ms. Cook is a credit to her real estate agency and her profession; if you want a realtor to sell your home who is on "top of her game" I strongly recommend you consider using Ms. Cook.

ZillowVERIFIED Rosalie Cook is hands down the BEST real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Her professionalism, market expertise, house prep advice, communication, and amazing interpersonal style make her a standout among agents. I've bought and sold many properties over the years and have never worked with anyone who took the time to really understand my needs and helped me understand the market the way she did. She works tirelessly to deliver for her clients and treated me like I was the only client she was working with (I know that's far from the case). She's responsive, focused, efficient, talented, and just an all-around nice person, and fully prepared to work with you to present your house to potential buyers in a way that will maximize the positive experience. Wondering who to call? Think no more -- Rosalie Cook does not disappoint.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very impressed with Rosalie Cook. She was as good as her word. She came to the initial interview as we were thinking of selling our house well prepared with all her information and was very much an expert and professional. She discussed the ups and downs of a higher vs a lower initial offer. We were in a hurry to sell so we decided on pricing the house in the lower range. After that, we buckled up and were in for a short intense ride. She made sure all the potential buyers had pre-qualified for a mortgage and we quickly had multiple offers. She helped us understand the differences between the different types of mortgages and which offers were stronger than others. In the end, she was available and kept us up to date the entire time and was a great realtor who I would gladly recommend and work with again should the opportunity arise.

ZillowVERIFIED Rosalie Cook was a great pleasure to work with. Everything was explained to us from the beginning, to the sale of our first home. She did an awesome job in the way our home looked in the listings, we had 57 showing in one weekend!!! Anytime I called her with a question she responded quickly and was on it. She deserves every star from my 5-star rating. My only regret is that I will not be able to have her represent us in the sale of our home in the State of Florida. Rosalie you Rock!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Rosalie Cook made a difficult situation so much easier. Selling our home of 24 years was emotional, but Rosalie eased us through the process and made what seemed like an impossible task actually bearable. If I could describe her in one word, I would say Rosalie is thorough. She crosses every T and dots every I. She knows the market well and is good at relaying that knowledge to her clients. I felt well taken care of by not only Rosalie, but her whole team, including her husband, Tom. Even when we were on vacation, they showed the house continuously, and got me offers. I highly recommend this excellent real estate team!

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I are grateful to have found Rosalie Cook. Moving to an unfamiliar area with 3 school aged children is stressful!! Rosalie was knowledgeable about all of the homes she showed us; also the areas schools, towns, water, taxes, privileges, sanitation, parks, landmarks, businesses, services, etc. She even showed us where to get a great cup of coffee (yes, its important!). Most importantly, she accommodated our crazy schedule and would get us in to see a house we liked with little notice. On the day of our closing, it was Rosalie who identified a leak that would have caused substantial damage and mold! Shes kind, always easy to reach, and generous with her time. This is the fourth house weve bought in our life (hopefully the last). Without a doubt she was the most knowledgeable and honest agent Ive ever worked with.
