Rosa was nothing short of amazing! We are first time home buyers and she helped us every step of the way! We looked at so many houses (because we are picky) and Rosa was so patient with us at every single showing and we really took our time looking at each open house.She answered every message and a million questions quickly. She met with us for every showing ,even if it was a last min scheduling.She even reached out after everything was finalized and we were moved in to see how much we loved our home. She kinda feels like part of the family at this point! I highly recommend having Rosa as your realtor !!

Rosa is the BEST. Buying a home is the largest purchase that most people make, and it's not something that many of us do very often. It's important to find the right agent that can work with you, understand your specific situation, and bring all thejir expertise to the table to meet your needs. Rosa brings all that and more to the table. Her collaboration, deep market knowledge, and her trustworthiness made her the perfect match for our family when we recently bought our home. From the first phone call, Rosa was most interested in LISTENING to the things that were most important to us and helping us find the right home to fit our needs. Once we found that home, she COLLABORATED with us and the seller to help us arrive at a deal that made sense for everyone. Our situation was a little complicated due to tenants and the market timing, but Rosa's persistence, skill, and collaborative nature helped us reach a deal that left everyone happy.
