ZillowVERIFIED Sandy and Rosa helped me to sell my condo in SPI recently. I was very impressed with thier prompt response. They put my condo on the market the same day I contacted them. They also were so deligent to update the process as well. Literally, I did not have to do much at all to sell my property. As a busy professional, I was so happy I could trust them completely. My condo was sold in less than two months, and I was very pleased that I had them as my agents.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with the team from ReMax on South Padre Island is that they are well experienced and knowledgeable and can be relied on to use their professional talent and advice to ensure that a buyer or a seller (I have been both) receive the most up to date information and handle the transaction and any related issues quickly and with the clients interest as foremost in their actions. I have to say that I trust their knowledge and that they will keep me abreast of all developments and that they make every effort towards the success of the transactions. They really do go that extra mile to get the job done.Ed PinegarChicago, IL

ZillowVERIFIED In January 2010, we meet Rosa Hands. Rosa got all the information down of what we was looking for in our retirement home on South Padre Island. She started working on finding the right place for us. She found our perfect home, and of course we just loved it. After working through some kinks we purchased our condo, March 2010. Not only did we find the right realtor, we also found a friend. We tell everyone who is looking for a place to check with ReMax Realtor, talk to Rosa and Sandy.Gerald and Kathy MageeKansas, MO

ZillowVERIFIED Rosa continued to work to find another property after the first one fell through. After finding one we really liked she helped negotiate the best deal possible and we closed 2 weeks later.

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for something on the Island and had approval for several types of loans. None of these loans would finance a condo. We explored several deals and we settled on something that I really liked. She is responsible enough to suggest I look elsewhere for some of the potential choices of units. I considered this to be quite refreshing. She was interested in more than a commission and really had my best interest at heart.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a professional real estate agent, we highly recommend Rosa and Sandy! From our first meeting to closing, we appreciated their enthusiasm, communication style, and expert advice when listing our condominium. Their knowledge in the area is priceless and the guidance on staging, photography, and listing details really showcased our property, and, we enjoyed multiple offers over a few weeks time. Most importantly, our unit sold quickly and at the right price. Thanks Rosa and Sandy!

ZillowVERIFIED Moving from the Mid-West to South Texas was a stressful experience for my wife and I. We had NO knowledge of the area. We are not just talking Real Estate but, banking, Restaurants, shopping, etc. All the things required to enjoy life. Rosa Hands assisted us with all those things and more.Rosa has a great knowledge of not only Island Real Estate but also Port Isabel, Laguna Vista and Bayview. She patiently showed us all options before we decided to buy. Her understanding of the market led us to a great value that completely fit our needs. Mrs. Hands is Bilingual and not only speaks both languages fluently but understands multiple cultures. This was instrumental in bridging barriers during the purchase. She has happily assisted us with advice on refi, faxing, copies of documents, etc. after the sale. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Rosa Hands and Sandy Broadway to everyone. We never felt pressured or rushed. They quickly responded to any questions. Although we were conducting the majority of our transaction from another part of Texas, it never felt that way. Their knowledge of the area is truly unsurpassed. What a pleasant experience!
