ZillowVERIFIEDRosa was an absolute dream to work with. She made buying my first house so easy. She listened to my needs and requirements and took them to heart. She only showed me properties that met my needs, never trying to push something on me that I really didnt want or need. I found the perfect property and we had the closing in 5 weeks. She set everything up for me and explained everything step by step as we went along. I would highly recommend Rosa as she was highly competent and knowledgeable, plus she has a very bubbly personality.

ZillowVERIFIED Rosa did a great job as our agent and was very helpful through the whole process of selling our first house. She held open houses and gave us advise on what improvements to do and how to stage the house to appeal to buyers. Also, she responded very quickly to all my texts and emails. Overall we were extremely pleased with Rosa and would recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their house.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Rosa was incredible. When we first met, she showed me a full timeline of how my house would be marketed. She laid out any changes I should consider before the listing, how and when the brokers open would go and the process of showing my house to potential buyers. She even laid out a full digital campaign of how my house would be marketed online. Rosa handled everything! Once I had a buyer, Rosa even showed up at the house when I was not available to meet inspectors, appraisers, etc. She went way above and beyond. I travel a lot and Rosa took care of everything when I was not around. I would highly recommend Rosa!

ZillowVERIFIED Rosa was instrumental in bringing the sale of our townhouse to fruition. In particular, while we were at our winter residence in Florida, Rosa successfully addressed and resolved all issues between the prospective buyer and us. Rosa was indeed a professional throughout all aspects of the process. We could not ask for anything more.

ZillowVERIFIED Rosa was tireless in searching on our behalf for an office location.. We were challenging her with our need for a prime location for community service outreach but without prime funding! Our success was due to her searching, networking and then selling our case to the owner to obtain pricing within our budget. She did excellent work on our behalf and we are very grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Rosa was amazing. Every step of the way she was able to intuit not only what we thought we wanted in a home, but what we truly needed. As a result we now live every day in the perfect house, without a single regret about any compromises or things we didnt consider. She made things happen and went above and beyond to see that our best interests were represented at all times. We couldnt be happier!
