ZillowVERIFIED We made appointment to see the house for rent at 6pm and we told her it will take an hour to get there. When we get to the appointment we texted her and she just sorry she couldn't make it and asked for reschedule. Nope! I would give 0 star if there is an option here.

ZillowVERIFIED Let me start off by saying Rosa is an absolutely, incredible broker, and I highly recommend her for your real estate needs. Rosa will keep you in the loop with every step of the process and explain everything to you, will answer every question you have with great detail. Not only will she go to bat for you, but will be very honest with you about all the options you may have on the table when selling your home. I'm from NY and live in Atlanta, GA. I met Rosa in the summer of 2022 when I decided to sell my late mothers house in Queens, NY. The house was a distressed property, in reverse mortgage, with 5 tenants and only two paying at the time of her death. Rosa knew it would be a difficult sale and was truthfully about it up front. We agreed to move forward with the sale and Rose listed the house. The house was listed on a Monday in August and by Sunday of that week, Rosa had 7 offers (with 3 over ask) on the table from her investors. The down side was that the investors wanted the house empty. Rosa and my lawyer suggested that I negotiate with the tenants to vacate the property. Of course they refused and after several conference calls with Rosa and my lawyer. I decided to delist the house and move forward with the eviction process on the tenants in order to get more options from private home buyers. Fast forward a year later and I was able to get 3 of the 5 tenants out of the house. We relisted the house and Rosa went to work. Once the first open house was completed. We had enough offers on the table to work with. Rosa started negotiations with other brokers and agents. After weeding though all the offers. Rosa was able to find a buyer willing to purchase the house with two nonpaying tenants. This was nothing short than an incredible feat and a testament to Rosas skill set. I would like everyone that is reading this, to know the Rosa is very personal and will do her best to find you the best deal possible. Not only did I find a great broker, but I found a wonderful friend. Thank you for everything, Rosa.

ZillowVERIFIED We saw a House for Sale Sign posted on a neighbor's Lawn in November 2019. We weren't ready to sell our home at the time however, we took a photo of the sign and later noticed a flyer was left at our door. We held on to the advertisement until October 2020. We being to seek Real Estate Agents. I remember the flyer that I saved. We immediate contact Rosa M. Collado for further instructions; not expecting to get a call back, text or email anytime soon. Rosa call, text and email us the same day. The rest is history, Rosa and her team stepped up to the plate and worked early and late to get our home sold for the highest price possible. Rosa and her team got our home sold in record time; we received over $8,000.00 above market value and what we were asking. Rosa grew from our Real Estate Agent now we call her our Friend. She also got a Beautiful Apartment for our Daughter and Granddaughter. Paris and Wanda. From This family to your family THANK YOU VERY MUCH! This story is being told all over New York and our new home State Georgia. Love you and Team. Elder Robert L. Heggs and Elizabeth Heggs,

They go far beyond their scope of duties to ensure things stay on course, and readily responds when you feel something is not up to par. Rosa started off as an agent to sell our home and ended as being part of our family. Thank you Rosa and Andrea for all you have done to smooth out the hiccups and end this process victoriously.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have been put in contact with Rosa as we entered our first home buying process in Long Island. We never thought we would be able to buy a home someday and one of the first words Rosa said to us was : You will buy a home, we are going to make it happen. For some background context, Rosa is a true NYC expert and although she said LI was not really where she usually has had listings, she was such a pro. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the perfect neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we went to look at so many homes over several months in different neighborhoods throughout long island and always had our best interest at heart through all the showings. In short, Rosa was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Rosa was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. Rosa helped us throughout the entire process, from helping us go through a reliable bank to finding us a great legal team. We would definitely recommend her to anyone purchasing a home in New York/Long Island. Her energy is infectious and she is truly a dream maker. We could not have found her dream home without Rosa.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Rosa to find my first home. I had originally toured a few homes way back in 2013, but we started out again in late May 2014. We might have toured over 15-20 homes in search of that perfect one.Rosa is a wonderful person to work with. She is very flexible and willing to work around your schedule. She is very knowledgeable and is able to provide sound advice, especially for a first time home buyer like me.Ill gladly work with Rosa again and would recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome agent.
