Rory is an experienced agent who expertly lead the process from beginning to closing. I remember he gave us a strong presentation with a number of promises, and he followed through on every one of them. His people took great photos under his supervision, drew plans, advertised in all the web venues, even in the NY Times Sunday real estate section. He follows through with what he says he's going to do. His assistant Dylan really knew how to show the apartment, and knows how to sell. Rory was always available to answer questions by phone or e-mail, and maintained communication with all parties, which is critical. He's very articulate, patient, straight, honest, explains everything, and could smooth over or address problems when things got a little tense at a couple of points in the process.
