ZillowVERIFIEDWe first met Roopa at our sale-by-owner open house for our townhouse. She introduced her services and advised us on how to improve the overall sale-ability for the house. Afterwards we decided to use her as our sales agent. Right away she arranged professional painting, cleaning, and house photography. Since we live in another state and could not be onsite for to supervise home improvements or when housing safety certificates were needed, Roopa herself available in case, saving us time consuming roundtrips. The first sale fell through but Roopa helped find a renter at a reasonable rental market price. Prior to the rental contract expiration during the pandemic, we had unsuccessfully tried another agent to sell house, with no luck despite the housing upmarket. This real estate agent ignored the upward housing price trend, uploaded poor quality of house photos for the listing, and their poor interaction with the tenants made them uncooperative.
