I had alot of questions and he answered them very quickly and encouraged to ask any questions I had. The day after we put it on the market we had an offer! Approximately 6 weeks later we closed!! They have a great connection with lots of companies too help with just about anything ( even trees falling the day right before showing because of a storm) The Woodrow brothers are AWESOME! ZillowVERIFIED As an out-of-state investor I rely heavily on Realtors to give me the insight that I need to succeed. After burning through numerous Realtors in Columbus who didn't meet my expectations I was introduced to Ronnie and couldn't be more pleased. He grew up in the area and has a working knowledge of the market that surpasses all the others I've worked with. Columbus can be a difficult market due to properties changing dramatically block-by-block but he knows his city. He knows what I'm looking for and doesn't show me a plethora of sub-par properties hoping I'll bite on one. Thus far I've purchased a duplex and a single family with him and am looking forward to doing some more deals this year.
