We had a great experience working with Ronnie to buy our first home! We knew that we werent purchasing our dream home just yet, but Ronnie made sure we bought a home with a good foundation. He took the time to walk us through potential homes and pointed out any foundation issues or other potentially hidden problems that we wouldnt have even thought about. When we entered escrow Ronnie set up all our inspections (the inspectors were great by-the-way) and took the time to walk us through exactly what the reports detailed, and which items were the most important for us to fix. We knew we were in good hands with Ronnie, and he was able to negotiate concessions for us that made all the difference in the end.
