ZillowVERIFIEDRonnie is awesome! I had no idea where I wanted to live. My house had sold and I had to find a place to live quickly. He spent days driving me all over. He found me the home I live in now and Ive never been happier. I was really scared moving from Heathrow where we lived for 16 years. Moving to Saint Augustine has been so wonderful for my family. Thanks to Ronnie Ive never been happier!

ZillowVERIFIED In one word, Ronnie was "incredible" in helping us find our condo in Palm Coast. He made our purchase absolutely seamless in these Covid times and went out of his way to show us several properties via FaceTime while we were 1,500 miles away. More importantly, he really understood what we were looking for and was not shy in offering his own perspective when we were looking at properties remotely. The fact we were completely confident in buying our condo without ever being onsite is a testament to the confidence and professionalism that Ronnie provided. We would heartily recommend Ronnie to all, buyer or seller. Job well done!

ZillowVERIFIED Looking for a good realtor, Ronnie Martin is the best. We first met at an open house in November 2019. Ronnie reached out to me and we continued our conversations regarding housing in St Augustine through July 2020. Our initial conversations were via email because I was in Virginia. Ronnie was patient, he listened to me, and he gently guided us to our forever home. Ronnie was instrumental in having our closing process take the shortest amount of time, less than 7 days!!! He personally kept on top on things and made sure we had all of the proper, up to date documents on our new home. I just can't say enough good things about Ronnie Martin.

ZillowVERIFIED When we met Ronnie we were living in Broward county and we wanted to move to St John's.. He was always patient with us never rushed us which was great. We viewed and visited probably 100 houses. Once we found the right house we made an offer the negotiation was smooth and the process was smooth. He explain to us step-by-step what was going to happen and always stayed in touch with us throughout the process especially that we lived 4 hours away. He is great, very knowledgeable. Love his personality. We now live in Saint Johns and 9 months after this move he still gets in touch with us which is awesome. Truly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I found a rental through Ronnie 2 years ago while we shopped for a home. We found and bought our new home with Ronnies help and since then he has helped my sister and father find and buy their perfect place. Ronnie is knowledgeable, hard working, personable and very responsive...if we had a question or a problem we never had to wait for him to get back to us. Ronnie goes above and beyond to help you find the home of your dreams! I would highly recommend him.
