Ronnie was fantastic at developing the sales plan, creating the marketing material, showing our home for sale, and connecting with other realtors in the area. We felt like we were in good hands during the entire sales process and the communication between Ronnie, Gabby, and Gregory exceeded our expectations. On the purchase, we had never executed a lease to buy purchase before and were unsure of the contract and steps needed to get it done. Ronnie is well connected in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, and with her experience and connections with real estate lawyers, the process was done in a seamless manner and we felt well represented while the details of the contract were developed.
