We are not from the area so we were working from a far and Ronnie was our rock in the city. He was always available and willing to help. On the few times we were able to visit, I asked to see a VERY long list of houses which Ronnie made possible with a smile (amid the COVID crisis no less). He was in constant communication and a life line between us, the seller, our mortgage broker and others. He walked us through every step of the way, from house hunting to the negotiations to the closing and all the in-betweens; from updates along the way to answering endless questions from me, he did it with a great attitude! He helped put us in touch with folks/services in town that we ended up needing along the way and essentially facilitated and made everything possible for us. With our crazy work schedules, he was always able to meet us after office hours & even on weekends.
