We have a small child, were relocating from Chicago, and for various practical reasons couldn't visit the area before deciding on a place, all of which made for a lot of anxiety. Ronda kept us appraised through the whole process, knew the area, building, and landlord we settled on, spoke to us repeatedly, gave us a video tour of the apartment in question on short notice, and was always patient when we had follow up questions, second thoughts, etc. Great experience!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Ronda. In August, I paid money to secure an apartment, but she has failed to fulfill her end of the deal. Despite being approved and paying the fees, she claimed that the landlord kept on delaying to fill out necessary paperwork, and therefore the move-in date was pushed back twice. Two months later, Ronda informed me that I could not move into the apartment because aEURoethe landlord and the current tenant extended their lease behind our backsaEUR?. Not to mention that she also was making up sob stories about how much the landlord was treating everyone else terribly and how she did not want to work for her anymore. Luckily, I had found another apartment on my own and outside sources confirmed that I didn't need to pay a single cent to her. However, she has been delaying to return my money. She even insisted to keep the realtor fee, claiming she had "worked hard" to help me. I've had to file multiple disputes to recover my money because she told me to file a dispute instead of refunding everything altogether. It gets worse - she appeared to be inactive at the time and was advertising under Coldwell Banker without being listed on their website. With deep research, I found out that the landlord was actually just another realtor named Tania who was working with her. Finally, it escalated to the point where I had to call a lawyer to write her a letter demanding a refund and blessed that I have received the money back. Now I'm here to warn others about her. I do not like to talk bad about people but I definitely have to speak out to make sure that others do not fall into the same trap as I did. Do not trust Ronda, rent from her, or especially give her any money. Her unprofessionalism and dishonesty will leave you frustrated and financially harmed.
