ZillowWe interviewed several brokers/agents. Ronda's broad knowledge of our market and of our home made our experience as her client very simple, smooth and less stressful than anticipated. We relied on Ronda for procedural information and process data that was always accurate and timely. She was easy going, comfortable to work with and got us list price for our home!
ZillowRonda did a great job for me. It was a challenging project because the land had two houses on it and one was incomplete. She had lots of traffic through the property and persisted until the right folks came along. I was very impressed with her services and the way she handled a difficult sale. I would highly recommend her.
ZillowRonda is honest and knows the market in the greater Austin/I-35 corridor. She never pressed me to buy something I didn't want. And, she spent numerous hours taking me to see rental homes once I sold my house. I will absolutely use her expertise again when I am ready to purchase another home.
ZillowWe've been working with Ronda for a couple months now, and she is very professional, and willing to help. She certainly goes to bat for you during negotiating and is helpful with inspection issues etc.. We are buying out of state and even though we are among the lower end house hunters she still works her butt off for you.
ZillowWe loved working with Ronda! Prompt, professional and courteous Ronda was helpful every step of the way. Ronda returned our phone calls and emails in short order and with great clarity. She lined up excellent contacts for us as well in the form of inspectors, contractors, and home financing. She knows a lot about our new town of Lockhart, Texas and in fact she wrote a book about its history. We are so happy that Ronda helped us find our beautiful new home in the bbq capital of Texas - Lockhart, USA.
ZillowRonda worked with us for quite some time in a down market. The expertise she has in her market is unparalleled. She knows every home for sale, what it has to offer, and how it relates to homes she is listing. Her stamina in the down market was amazing and I think is what sets her apart from other realtors. She is professional enough to tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. She is a tough negotiator and you will never, EVER wonder who she is working for if she is your realtor. I would recommend Ronda to anyone who wants a realtor to fight for her clients and protect their "assets". I truly feel if we did not have Ronda as our realtor throughout the down market we would still be trying to sell our home today.
