Every sale has ups and downs, and Ronda was able to coach us through the difficulties with her substantial experience and attention to detail. After signing the contract with our first buyer we learned that the couple was pulling out due to personal issues and we were going to be unexpectedly back to square one. Due to her diligence we had a backup buyer who decided to go forward with the purchase with no contingencies and on an expedited timeline. I honestly believe that without Ronda we would have been in deep trouble and looking at a much longer sales timeline that we would have wanted. Ultimately we sold for the price we wanted to a buyer that was a perfect match. THANK YOU Ronda, really appreciate all of your work. After telling her that we were unhappy with her service and that we wanted to move forward with another realtor, she refused to let us out of our contract with her and from then on she did an awful job. She was rude, condescending, unprofessional and seemed more like she was working for the other side than as our realtor. I would absolutely steer clear.

She found our perfect home in a week. She was extremely flexible and easy to reach. She always responded to any questions I had. I called her almost daily and she never showed any signs of annoyance and always maintained a professional and helpful attitude. She is a realtor who will go to bat for you and make sure you get what you want/need while buying a home. Cannot praise her enough.

Everyone has specific wants and desires for the property they are seeking. Don't try to talk me in to a 3 bedroom if 4 bedrooms is my top priority. Don't even bother showing me anything that doesn't meet my top three criteria. That is a waste of time. Ronda's attention to detail is also key. Her laugh is a bonus..
