We sold our house in Tulsa, OK with Ronda after a recommendation from a realtor friend and the experience was fantastic. Every sale has ups and downs, and Ronda was able to coach us through the difficulties with her substantial experience and attention to detail. After signing the contract with our first buyer we learned that the couple was pulling out due to personal issues and we were going to be unexpectedly back to square one. Due to her diligence we had a backup buyer who decided to go forward with the purchase with no contingencies and on an expedited timeline. I honestly believe that without Ronda we would have been in deep trouble and looking at a much longer sales timeline that we would have wanted. Terrible experience with Ronda. After telling her that we were unhappy with her service and that we wanted to move forward with another realtor, she refused to let us out of our contract with her and from then on she did an awful job. She was rude, condescending, unprofessional and seemed more like she was working for the other side than as our realtor. I would absolutely steer clear.

Ronda Butler is a fantastic realtor. She is responsive, honest, hard working, and attentive. When I was prepared to buy a home, I went 5 open houses before reaching out to her.
