He is very easy to chat with, and he listens to what you want and need. We appreciated that he steered us to home that fit our budget and needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDRon was amazing and so patient with us. We searched for our dream home for about a year and a half and Ron was with us every step of the way. All that we had to do was express interest in a property and he would get us set up to go see it and always with a quick response. And we also had Ron list and sell our previous home. He was so great with photos and a drone shot for the video. He did such a fantastic job helping us close on both homes within a three week timeline. If I was ever dealing with another property- Ron would be my first and only call.

ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I loved working with Ron Trotter. He helped us find our home in Florida during a very competitive market while we were trying to buy from out of state. Ron was very quick to set up viewing appointments and was on top of submitting purchase offers in a timely manner. Ron is very knowledgeable about the housing market and conducts his business with integrity and professionalism. I was very happy with his services.
ZillowVERIFIEDBest realtor I've ever had. Ronald listened to my needs, of the type of home I was looking for, and delivered. He helped me sell my house in just a few days after being on the market; and found me my next home at a great price. I will definitely use his service again when I decide to sell this house.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe found Ron through Zillow and don't think we could have been connected to anyone better. He is FANTASTIC! We had actually spent a day with another realtor, referred by family, with whom we were not at all impressed as we began looking for our 'forever home.' Ron met us at the Zillow listing that connected us and from the very first Ron was focused on meeting our needs. He asked us what we liked and what we didn't like about the house and how it measured up to what we were looking for in a home. He took it all in and refined his search from our responses. (The other realtor had simply told us what they liked and didn't like.) Ron's knowledge of the community was invaluable in helping us search in neighborhoods where we would feel comfortable. He pre-scouted many listings, as well as several we asked about. While he willingly showed us ones we pressed to see, we quickly came to value his expertise and fully trust his guidance in finding our 'fit.' Since we did not live in the area his pre-scouting saved us a bunch of time. All in all it took us about 5 weeks with Ron to find the right fit, and it wasn't a 'settle for a close fit,' it was a perfect fit! With the pandemic onset Ron helped us navigate through the dramatic changes in the way things were needing to be done. He was with us every step of the way; finding the house, making the offer, scheduling and being present for inspections, final walk through and closing. If we were ever to move again we wouldn't hesitate to call Ron. However, since this is our 'forever home' all we can offer is that if you are looking for a GOOD Realtor, you don't need to look any further! After all, when you've found EXCELLENCE why settle for Good?
ZillowVERIFIEDVERY HONEST, kind, friend, always ready, Friend, profesional, patient, trustworthy Met him in 2016 and have wirked with him ever since Just the agent/broker one needs
ZillowVERIFIEDRon is an amazing realtor and is always available and is always focused on the situation. He is a very friendly and all around good person. He is also a very good negotiator and always manages to get a good price
ZillowVERIFIEDGreat to work with, also available to answer questions and available for last minute showings. worked with him almost 1.5 years before finding the dream house
ZillowVERIFIEDRon was absolutely everything we could have asked for in a Realtor. He was helpful, timely, flexible, patient, and so easy to work with. Also, he was not pushy at all, and didn't pressure us at any point. I always felt like he had our best interest at heart and wasn't just trying to get a bigger commission. He provided accurate information when we had questions, gave good advice when we needed guidance, and brought up helpful things to think about that we wouldn't have known about as first-time home buyers. He also kept close tabs on houses I was interested in that went off the market, and let me know promptly when they came back on. Finally, he added such nice personal touches throughout his work with us, like leaving us champagne to celebrate our new home after we closed. I will absolutely be recommending him to any friends or family who need a realtor in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDRon was an awesome realtor! From the beginning he listened to all of our requirements and went above and beyond to fulfill them. His attention to detail lead to us purchasing the home of our dreams.
ZillowVERIFIEDRon was my realtor in 2014. He was amazing. He always made time for me, day or night. I was living in another state, looking for a home here in Orlando. He went that extra mile to make sure I found just the right home.
ZillowVERIFIEDRon is a fantastic broker. From the moment we decided to use him, his professionalism, class, expertise, hard work, and catering to his clients really helped us during the home-buying process. We were a litttle apprehensive at first about buying a home, but Ron truly made it easy. A few things particularly struck me: 1. No matter the time and day, Ron is always available to look at homes with his clients. He specific bought out time to take my wife and I to see homes whenever we asked him. There was no delay or wait time; we could tell he was totally dedicated to the client. 2. Ron's professionalism speaks for itself. At crowded homes with other prospective home purchasers, we would see other real estate agents in flip flops, shorts, and tank tops (and who can blame them in this Florida heat?), but Ron was always professionally and respectfully dressed. It's very evident he takes his job seriously and puts on his best for the client. 3. The nature of the home-buying process requires an agent that can submit offers as soon as possible, or else they run the risk of another earlier offer beating their client's. Realizing this, Ron always put in our offers quickly, made it simple for us to understand the contracts, gave us great tips, and gave us the best opportunity to buy a home. If you're on the fence about choosing real estate professional, you can't go much better than Ron Trotter. He will give you his time, effort, dedication, and experience to make your home-buying wishes come to fruition.
ZillowVERIFIEDVery professional very helpful and knowledgeable. he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Ron was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDRon was very helpful when we were buying our home. we sent him info on the houses we wanted to look at and he set up appointments for us. when we found the house we wanted, he assisted with the offer to the seller. this was our first house so we were not sure it all worked as far as putting in an offer. Ron made some suggestions for us and presented them to the seller and they accepted.
ZillowVERIFIEDRonald is a great realtor. I am not the easiest homebuyer to work with. I am super picky, but with a tight budget. :) Ronald was very understanding of my needs and super patient. Being a first time buyer, I needed a lot of information explained to me. Ronald was very knowledgeable and taught me the ins and outs of homebuying. I would most definitely recommend him to any homebuyer whether your budget is high or low, Ron can meet your needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDI'm from Dallas Texas, so finding a realtor that I can trust is pretty important. I was fortunate enough to have met Ron Trotter. He's very familiar in the Orlando market where I wanted to buy a home. He was very patient with me and I did not feel any pressure from him to get me to commit to buying just any home. It took a couple of months at least before I made a decision with his help. Being that I'm from out of town, In some cases he has to FaceTime me to show a property that I'd be interested in and if a home interests me, I'd fly in to see it in person. Until finally we made an offer on one. And now, I'm a home owner in Orlando Florida. I've gotten many compliments on the home I purchased and the "deal" i got for it. The best part of the entire process is that I made a friend in Ron Trotter. I look forward to playing golf with Ron soon! Thank you for helping us find our future retirement home Ron!
ZillowVERIFIEDI am very grateful to have worked with Ron Trotter on my long distance real estate purchase. He is trustworthy, extremely responsive and went above and beyond to explain all the steps in the process. Thank you Ron and I wish you great success!
ZillowVERIFIEDRon came recommended to me. I was very pleased with his professionalism. There were many obstacles that needed to be resolved in order for me to secure a contract on my home. He was very patient with me and would return my phone calls in a timely manner. During the home showings, he sat back and let me and my family take the time needed to explore and see a possible future in that particular home. He gladly showed me homes twice in order to help me narrow down which home was right for me and my family. He was truly interested in what was best, not just the sale! I knew the house I ultimately bought, was the right house for me, my family, my circumstances and Ron knew it too! He listened to the many needs I had and that was important to me. I love my home and recommend Ron to anyone looking for someone that will work well with you to buy the home right for your needs!. Thanks Ron!!
ZillowVERIFIEDRon went above and beyond to get us into a home when we were just about to give up. He was patient and willing to help us write offers and negotiate with terms that were what we were looking for. He was great to work with.
ZillowVERIFIEDI would recommend Ron Trotter to anyone that is serious in purchasing a home. Ron is a very professional sales agent, along with being very personable, I let him know what I was looking for and he began to get me listings. On the first outing to look at various homes to purchase, Ron was really interested in our likes and dislikes, on the next outing when we went into the houses Ron would say I don't think this is the house for you. He was always prompt in responding to my call and in taking the time out to show me various properties. I thank Ron fro all his help in making our buying experience a smooth one, even when I thought I was at a road block and I wouldn't be able to purchase a new home.
ZillowVERIFIEDRon Trotter helped me when I purchased my first home in 2009. Ron went above and beyond the call of a realtor with assisting me with my search. No matter how short of a notice I gave when I wanted to view a house, he was always there. He negotiated with the banks and agents to get me a great price in a wonderful neighborhood. Because of the great deal with my first house, I am able to purchase a second one. I highly recommend Ron Trotter as a trusted realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDMr Trotter is a very professional sales agent. He takes the time to get to know the buyer and focuses on the key components the buyer desires in a home. Ron was very prompt in searching for quality homes that fit my price range. Mr. Trotter educated me on the home buying process and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to purchase my home. Ronald did a great job in providing me with the most current sales listings in my area. Mr. Trotter made my home buying experience worry free.
ZillowVERIFIEDRon Trotter is an amazing real estate professional. He was extremely accommodating to me and my family needs. We never felt pressured to settle for anything less than what we wanted. We had to move out of a house we were renting in an extremely tight time frame. We did not have all of our financing in order but Ron still invested his time wholeheartedly. We must have visited over 100 houses all over central Florida and Ron was there with us every step of the way. He was patient and respectful to us at all time and put up with me, my 3 year son and my 7 month pregnant wife. We consider Ron our friend and have and will continue to highly recommend him to anyone who needs to sell or buy a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDMr. Trotter responded immediatley to my inquiries. He also provided valued guidance and pertinant information concerning areas of interest. With his patience and expertise I am sure I will find the home of my dreams.
