All that we had to do was express interest in a property and he would get us set up to go see it and always with a quick response. And we also had Ron list and sell our previous home. He was so great with photos and a drone shot for the video. He did such a fantastic job helping us close on both homes within a three week timeline. If I was ever dealing with another property- Ron would be my first and only call.

We had actually spent a day with another realtor, referred by family, with whom we were not at all impressed as we began looking for our 'forever home.' Ron met us at the Zillow listing that connected us and from the very first Ron was focused on meeting our needs. He asked us what we liked and what we didn't like about the house and how it measured up to what we were looking for in a home. He took it all in and refined his search from our responses. (The other realtor had simply told us what they liked and didn't like.) Ron's knowledge of the community was invaluable in helping us search in neighborhoods where we would feel comfortable. He pre-scouted many listings, as well as several we asked about. While he willingly showed us ones we pressed to see, we quickly came to value his expertise and fully trust his guidance in finding our 'fit.' Since we did not live in the area his pre-scouting saved us a bunch of time. All in all it took us about 5 weeks with Ron to find the right fit, and it wasn't a 'settle for a close fit,' it was a perfect fit! With the pandemic onset Ron helped us navigate through the dramatic changes in the way things were needing to be done. He was with us every step of the way; finding the house, making the offer, scheduling and being present for inspections, final walk through and closing. If we were ever to move again we wouldn't hesitate to call Ron. ZillowVERIFIED Ron was absolutely everything we could have asked for in a Realtor. He was helpful, timely, flexible, patient, and so easy to work with. Also, he was not pushy at all, and didn't pressure us at any point. I always felt like he had our best interest at heart and wasn't just trying to get a bigger commission. He provided accurate information when we had questions, gave good advice when we needed guidance, and brought up helpful things to think about that we wouldn't have known about as first-time home buyers. He also kept close tabs on houses I was interested in that went off the market, and let me know promptly when they came back on. Finally, he added such nice personal touches throughout his work with us, like leaving us champagne to celebrate our new home after we closed. I will absolutely be recommending him to any friends or family who need a realtor in the future.

From the moment we decided to use him, his professionalism, class, expertise, hard work, and catering to his clients really helped us during the home-buying process. We were a litttle apprehensive at first about buying a home, but Ron truly made it easy. A few things particularly struck me:1. No matter the time and day, Ron is always available to look at homes with his clients. He specific bought out time to take my wife and I to see homes whenever we asked him. There was no delay or wait time; we could tell he was totally dedicated to the client.2. Ron's professionalism speaks for itself. At crowded homes with other prospective home purchasers, we would see other real estate agents in flip flops, shorts, and tank tops (and who can blame them in this Florida heat?), but Ron was always professionally and respectfully dressed. He's very familiar in the Orlando market where I wanted to buy a home. He was very patient with me and I did not feel any pressure from him to get me to commit to buying just any home. It took a couple of months at least before I made a decision with his help. Being that I'm from out of town, In some cases he has to FaceTime me to show a property that I'd be interested in and if a home interests me, I'd fly in to see it in person. ZillowVERIFIED Ron Trotter is an amazing real estate professional. He was extremely accommodating to me and my family needs. We never felt pressured to settle for anything less than what we wanted. We had to move out of a house we were renting in an extremely tight time frame. We did not have all of our financing in order but Ron still invested his time wholeheartedly. We must have visited over 100 houses all over central Florida and Ron was there with us every step of the way.
