It is not an easy thing to find the land that is for sale and get to it and find the sellers and make the deal happen. Without them, we'd be lost and we wouldn't be landowners building our dream home. They're even helping us sell our current home. I could have waited to write a review once everything is done but this has been a long time coming and I can't express my gratitude enough. Through all of the obstacles and setbacks and difficult situations, Ron has been there for us. Even the people they work with, like the title company, have been top shelf.Ron Sweet and the team are hard working, knowledgeable and patient and we trust them. I can't recommend them enough.

He was very patient and did not rush me to purchase a home that was not right for me and my family. His staff were so helpful and made sure I knew what was going on, and they provided me with vital information regarding utilities, etc. If and when I decide to sell, Ron and his team will be the only realtor I contact. We are both first time home buyers and Ron made the process as seamless and stress free as possible. He was always very quick to reply to my 100's of questions and always had an answer/explanation. He's very knowledgeable about the process and the area. He instantly understood our needs met us several times (10? 12?) to look at properties that fit the criteria.
