We met him because he was a listing agent on the first home we wanted to view--and decided he should help us from there on. We went through a few houses and offers that didn't work out, Ron was very diligent in his research on each property, and showed great intuition as a negotiator...being able to read the sellers' mentalities very well. He did a great job with contract reviews and explaining the highs and lows of each. Ron has great connections for inspectors and insurance pricing, which is big if you consider more than one home. Once he identified a property that we were strongly interested in, he represented us well in all aspects of the negotiation with the seller. We had a false start in the mortgage process, causing us to restart with a new mortgage provider that Ron identified for us. Closing was delayed, and Ron covered all of the potential issues and concerns with the seller during the closing extension.
