ZillowVERIFIED Ron was absolutely terrific helping us sell our house! This is the third house we have sold and have bought four, he is hands down the best agent we have worked with. He was incredibly responsive to our inquiries about everything along the process, usually getting back to us within a few minutes. The photography of the house was first rate with digital staging (we had already moved out) ,was done exactly when he said it would be and turned around into a listing within 24 hours. We had a first offer (with two others we didn't take) on the house for over asking within 48 hours of listing. The home inspection identified some small issues with the house and he provided us with a great resource of cost effective but quality contractors to remediate those issues. The first buyers were clearly trying to just reduce the price of the house, so, he helped us decide to go back on the market along with providing all of the information from what we had done to improve the house. Got a second offer for over asking within a week of going back on the market, also for over the asking price. During the closing process our HOA was very slow to provide the recertification needed for resale and Ron was constantly on them and their contractor to make sure that we could close on time. He is also tremendously knowledgeable with regard to Butler County real estate. He knows a bunch of what is going on with local schools, zoning and planned construction. Also very personable and funny. I'll never use another agent!

Quick backstory to this that I dont think Ron even truly understands how important this was in our role in working with him I had had contacted so many agents that day without a single phone call back. I was only looking at local names friends had used. It got to the point I was so frustrated that I typed in BEST REALTOR BUTLER COUNTY, PA into google and figured, something has to come up for that right? When Ron Hubers name popped up and I read some reviews and saw his work history, I figured, well, this surely looks like the guy we need to help us find our forever home. When Ron returned our phone call, I literally thought, OK, this is a good sign, were making progress. What I didnt know that day was that we were getting so much more than a realtor. Ron has been such a vital part of our home search that it is unreal. I will never even have the words to fit into this box, if you need more of a review, get his number from me and Ill explain more! LOL If youre looking for someone who will work with you to truly understand what you are looking for this is your guy. The knowledge he brings to the table for the Butler, Allegheny, Lawrence and surrounding areas is unimaginable. I dont think there is a single thing I asked he didnt have the correct answer for, and if he had to get it, he got it. I think we looked at over a dozen properties and some land. Our search changed quite a few times too including location and budget. He helped guide us to areas that would be a better fit for us and our family. Our home buy was very unique, and Ron made sure every stone was unturned. We felt extremely safe knowing that we werent making a risky investment because of his dedication to this industry. To make things even more fun, we finally found the home we wanted to buy, and only had days to get ours prepped and on the market. Ron helped guide us on things to do to improve our home sale as well. Things we never thought to do made it much more appealing. The transaction of selling and buying with a 30 day closing felt stressful but so calming at the same time. It truly would not have been as smooth without him. Ron has become family to us. And I can promise you, you will not be disappointed when you hire him for your home sale. Whether he likes it or not. Im a little sad we wont be seeing him as often anymore.

Any agent can chat about the latest episode of Property Brothers and tell you what carpet will make your house look like a Love It or List It episode. But you need an agent that answers tough questions you didnt even know you should ask: - Is there a premium on home prices because of Covid? - My house is just like that other listing, but that ones been on the market for 90 days and relisted three times. Why? - What is the best day of the week, week of the month, and month of the year to list my home? - What type of online advertising and social media will you use to help sell my home? - Whats the typical appreciation for homes in this zip code? - Do you know someone I can depend on to paint my home within the next three weeks? - I have a brick front, how much does that count for in my listing? - If I replace my kitchen cabinets, what increase can I expect on my sale price? - I have multiple offers, help me weigh the risks among the different contingencies of each offer! Ron knew all these dimensions of the market, and he always made us feel like we were his *only* customer. So when Im told three hours, you probably should have listed higher! I can confidently say I the house was priced right. Ron provided the details I needed to price the house at what the market would bear, but he also made sure our buyer quickly found us right away. You rarely sell or buy a house, this is a huge decision. You can trust Ron to help you out, hes an agent with proven results.
