ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Ron for 3 real estate deals. Two were purchases and one was a sale. We think hes outstanding in every regard. He is very knowledgeable, with over 18 years of experience. Hes hardworking, kind, honest, and has excellent communication and negotiation skills. He answered calls and emails, promptly. He listened to our expressed needs and concerns and worked hard to get prices and closing dates that were important to us. He works well with other agents, so that the entire process is drama-free. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Ron was incredible from the day we met to the closing of my condo. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, prompt and fun to work with. I would highly recommend Ron to anytone who is looking to purchase real estate. He is staying with me even after the closing, checking on the condo, helping with repair work, setting up cleaning services and any other needs I have or will have to use this condo as a winter home.

ZillowVERIFIED We live remotely, and Ron was recommended by friends. We called Ron, and he took over! We had very little to worry about even though we were not near our purchase. He worked with the title company, seller's agent, inspectors, electricians, etc...to insure that our house was ready for closing. We would highly recommend Ron for you needs both local, and if like us, you're remote from Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED Ron is top notch in every aspect of his profession. We are out of town buyers and trusted Ron to review countless properties for us. He would call us and give us great and honest advice every time. Steering us away from properties that didn't look worth the price and effort. We eventually found a great property and Ron's knowledge and responsiveness was immediate every time. When the inspection report recommended corrections he negotiated to get everything fixed before our closing date. We thank Ron for his extreme patience since we are not easy clients!

ZillowVERIFIED Ron is an amazing realtor! I can't even begin to tell you how knowledgeable he is about his profession & what he does. Before we listed our house for sale, Ron came over and pointed out some things that he suggested we did before listing it on the market. & Needless to say, he was right on 100% with everything he suggested. Our house was on the market for 5 days total. We had multiple showings within just 24 hours of being on the market. The photographer he works with is great too. The pictures turned out so awesome! Ron was by our side every step of the way. He was available anytime we needed him. When we moved, we asked him for some small favors like checking on the house & bringing up the trash cans. Whatever we needed, he was more then willing to help us out with it. I would recommend him to anyone selling a house & if we ever need a realtor in the future, we would totally use him again!!! Thanks again!! -The Martells

ZillowVERIFIED We met Ron from a home he had listed for sale. He was extremely professional and motivated to conduct a sale. Rons hard work helped us purchase a new home as well as sell our current home in less than two weeks! He has great communication skills and kept us updated on a daily basis. He also showed up on moving day and helped unpack the U-haul. Ron is a great guy and a great realtor. I would use him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time buyers and Ron was nothing but helpful the entire time. He listened to our concerns and followed our budget. He gave great advice and we could tell he really wanted to find us the perfect home, not just make a sale. We toured many places and in the end we bought our dream house. He had great communication and even responded to us while he was on vacation. I would recommend Ron to anyone buying a new property. Thanks for all your help, Ron! - Jessica and Sean

ZillowVERIFIED Ron was professional but very friendly as well. He was everything I would want in a realtor and then some. For me, he went above and beyond my expectations. He comes highly recommended, for either buying or selling a home. Ron is very knowledgeable and made transactions extremely easy, all with a smile on his face. Our home sold in less than 24hrs for the asking price. After everything was said and done I felt like he had become part of our family.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Ron Gubiotti, from our first meeting, was friendly knowledgeable and professional.I was in the difficult position of having to Short Sell my home.Ron knew how to price the home to get an immediate response from potential buyers, and he generated a lot of interest. There were many issues involved in the sale, and Ron handled them all professionally, and confidently. He explained the confusing, and sometimes complicated issues involved with the sale. When there was an issue He wasn't sure of, He would find the answer and respond to me in twenty four hours or less. The sale was a long and challenging process for me, and Ron eased my concerns expertly, always treating me with concern and respect. The sale finalized this year and Ron was there explaining the forms as I signed them.I was also moving out state, and he helped me with some of those issues also.I would absolutely recommend Ron Gubiotti to help anyone with Real Estate concerns. I cannot think of an issue that he didn't handle professionally, and calmly, and there were times when I was nervous. He was always reassuring.

ZillowVERIFIED Ron Gubiotti was professional and personable; He was exceptionally quick to respond to all parts of our real estate transaction. We lived over 1200 miles away and with Ron as our Realtor we had no stress. We were at ease even during a holiday closing. Not only was he able to find us our wonderful home, but was able to provide us with home inspectors and a title company that were just as pleasant.

ZillowVERIFIED Ronald was by far the best agent I have ever used . This was my 5th housing transaction and it was a difficult process because of the sellers extreme excentric behavior . Ron stayed focus and was diligent under difficult circumstances . He was intuitive and on topic throughout the process . He singlehandly put me into a position to not only finish the transaction , but put me in a position to earn substantial instant equity . I could not recommend him any highly . If you would like to contact me I will furnish my phone number so as to explain my utter trust and respect for him .

ZillowVERIFIED We were extremely fortunate to connect with Ron Gubiotti. It was purely by chance (as we were looking at one of his listings) that we called him from Connecticut to help us find a permanent home in Florida. Having bought and sold several homes, it is RARE to come across a real estate agent that puts your needs first! We had found a home where Ron was not the main listing agent, but he took care of us as if it were. In fact, as certain issues ensued, the listing agent seemed to us to be incompetent and unreliable. It's not important what her name is, only that you remember Ron Gubiotti's name. Besides checking up on us to see how our long distance move was going, he constantly updated us on any issues. The day of our walk through, we were surprised and disappointed (so was Ron) to find the home had not been cleaned at all. Right then, Ron got on the phone and called around until he found a team that came in and cleaned the house thoroughly, making sure that the other agent took responsibility for it. It made all the difference as we expected our moving van the next day. Besides that, Ron took it upon himself to replace the garage door openers that were supposed to come with the house but were missing. He ordered them, and even came back to the house to adjust them for us. We are both very very thankful for Ron and hope that many people in the future will be as fortunate as we were to have him as our real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Ron amazed me. Finding a place for me was challenging at best. I only had a very limited amount of money I could spend and even less time to do it in. Not only did he give up so much of his time to find me a place to call home but the fact he did it when I was only spending such a small amount of money was impressive. He treated me just like one of his clients spending a couple million dollars on a beach house. We ran into several " snags " should we say with the purchase of the first place I was purchasing and when I " fell apart" Ron treated me like part of the family and calmed me down and helped resolve the situation. I would highly recommend Ron to anyone looking for a home that wants a honest, caring realtor that will give you 100% of his time until you find yoru dream home! Kathy Owens

ZillowVERIFIED I was lucky enough to have Ron answer the phone when calling about a condo for sale. I was just in town on business and wanted to see a short sale that had just went on the market. Ron Gubiotti was fabulous during the whole process. I live out of state and was dealing with different rules for this type of purchase. Short sales can be stressful and he was updating me constantly any time there were new developments. When I had questions, he would get back with me right away by email or text or a phone call. I can't say enough how professional and patient Ron is. He seemed to anticipate a question and inform me before I had a chance to ask. Ron Gubiotti comes with my highest recommendation!

ZillowVERIFIED It is with great pleasure and gratitude that we express our complete satisfaction with Mr. Ron Gubiotti.Ron was organized, thorough, and personable. He offered us an objective viewpoint on each house we toured, helping us with our decisions. We were impressed by his willingness to research questions he couldn't answer right away. He was always expedient in returning our calls, searching for properties, and setting up tours. He made the process very easy and painless for us. He listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us to look beyond the guidelines we had set. His advice and guidance throughout this process was invaluable. We ran into some trouble when our truck broke down on closing day. Mr. Gubiotti drove the 40 miles (both directions) to get us so that we could close on our home! I absolutely recommend Mr. Ron Gubiotti to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. The service and personal attention we received was exceptional and unexpected!
