ZillowVERIFIEDYou call Ron Brown and he is on it. Unlike other agents who we had tried and dropped the ball on a couple of deals on properties my wife and I really desired to acquire. Then by the time they did respond the properties were gone. He is in almost immediate contact when we reach out to him. Ron Brown has always listened to what we had to say and never wasted our time with properties that would not interest us .
ZillowVERIFIEDRon helped me sell my Hawaii home quickly and for more than the initial asking price. His strategy to not take the very first offer but to wait a week and then give the potential buyers a day to supply their best and final offer worked great. With this process we were able to get a motivated buyer and close the sale within 6 weeks. Ron kept me update through the whole process. No surprises or disappointments. Yes, I'm very thankful I chose Ron to be my agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDRon was knowledgeable as well as being extremely resourceful. He was easy to talk to and was always prompt and thorough in answering my questions. He was very helpful in what I was trying to accomplish. He offered invaluable insights and was observant to details. I would highly recommend him to any real estate buyer or seller.
ZillowVERIFIEDRon is hard working, courteous, very honest, has integrity, and perseverance. Because the house we were selling was an active vacation rental, we had special conditions that needed to be met to protect our guests needs, Ron was flexible and very supportive of these needs. We highly recommend Ron to owners wanting to sell a home or property, and to a buyers looking for a home or property to buy. We would hire Ron again! Mahalo!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently used Ron to purchase our Hawaii vacation home. We are on the mainland so the thought of buying a home 2,500 miles a way was a bit daunting. We had tried a few other realtors but they really could not give us the detailed help we would need. Once we found the home we wanted Ron when out of his way to assist with our long distance transaction. He was beyond helpful and helped us with what ever we needed...even sending us videos of the home so we could see it in more detail being 2,500 miles away. When we visited the home before purchase it was just as described! When some repairs needed to be made by the owner, Ron was helpful in giving us updates as the repairs progressed. He was always available when we needed to get ahold of him and was quick to respond to all of our emails. Ron made what I thought would be a very difficult thing to do being so far away seem simple and easy. If you are looking for a good, honest and reliable realtor, I would highly recommend Ron!
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the first meeting I felt comfortable with Ron. He won my trust right from the start. Ron agreed to do things the way I requested, and counseled me every step of the way. I had a difficult time keeping all the documents straight in my mind, so he patiently explained them to me two or three times. I highly recommend Ron Brown as your realtor. He will exceed your expectations.

ZillowVERIFIEDRon has been our agent for over 10 years and several transactions. He has helped us through some tricky situations with honesty and integrity at all times. We have complete confidence in his ability to handle residential transactions.
ZillowVERIFIEDRon was extremely helpful and responsive through our entire home search and selling process. The property we were selling was a remote country location that does not attract the majority of home buyers. Ron knew this going in but assured us that he would be successful in finding us a buyer. Our home sale fell through the first time but fortunately with Ron's patience - and ours - we were finally able to find a buyer. Ron's patience with us finding our new home was incredible. Whenever I would call to ask about seeing a home, he was on it! Most times he had us lined up to view a property within that same day. I would HIGHLY recommend Ron to anyone looking for a competent and responsive realtor. Ron is your man!!
ZillowVERIFIEDNew to the area, Ron provided us with knowledgeable information about the area. He is easy to work with and tells you both positives and negatives about a property/ area.
