Ron was knowledgeable, hard working (we made offers on 2 other properties which were accepted but I ended up pulling out of for various reasons), honest and responsive. Ron was a representative for two interested parties in a property I am selling. The initial engagements seemed traditional in agreeing to several items and agreeing to a contract. The inspection had a few considerations and all the requests were met. Then, Ron ghosted my selling agent for ~3 days. He then brought in another 'investor' and we had a similar experience with an offer then lack of response. Ron's ability to communicate is lackluster and, frankly, lacks empathy for those involved in the business engagement. Time is money and Ron does not seem to appreciate this basic construct. For any selling agents working with this gentleman, beware the communication is lackluster and lacks integrity.
